Upea 2 / BR. 2 / Kylpyhuoneen pohjakerroksen 2000 neliömetrin huvila Seven Mile Beachillä, joka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä ostosmahdollisuuksista, vieressä "The Wharf" (yksi saaren hienoimmista ravintoloista) supermarketista ja tietenkin vain 80 metrin päässä merestä.

Huvila on ilmastoitu keskitetysti, kattotuuletin kaikissa huoneissa, ja kuisti merelle päin. Kuistilla on ruokailutila kuudelle ja aamiainenokka.
Nauti parhaasta snorklauksesta 7 Mile Beachillä haaksirikolla aivan takaoven ulkopuolella.
Huvila on sisustettu korkeimmalla tasolla Plantation-tyyliin. Avokeittiö sisältää kaikki mukavuudet. Liinavaatteet, rantapyyhkeet, pesukone, kuivausrumpu, silitysrauta, silityslauta ja kuivausrumpu toimitetaan. Monimutkainen miehittää enimmäkseen työskentelevät omistajat. Mikä tekee tästä varsin monimutkaisen ilman hätää uima-altaan melusta.

Saaren tärkein nähtävyys on vesiurheilumahdollisuudet. Lyhyt kävelymatka Marriottille tarjoaa purjelautailua, purjelautailua ja vesihiihtoa. Snorklaus ja sukellus saarella pidetään parhaimpana maailmassa.
Älä missaa Stingray Cityä, kotilo-sukellusta (kauden aikana), kahta delfiinikohtausta ja meritähtiä. Katso myös Turtle Farm, Atlantis-sukellusvene, Pedrosin linna, kasvitieteellinen puutarha, Cayman Kai ja ratsastus. Illan saapuessa on yli 100 ravintolaa, joista voi valita monista 5 tähden ja muutama tarjoaa yksityisiä ruokailumahdollisuuksia rannalla. . Muita iltaaktiviteetteja ovat ulkoiltatanssit, yökerhot, paikallinen teatteri ja elokuva. Älä unohda upeita auringonlaskuja.

We had a lovely time and the condo was very well furnished and outfitted with all the things that you would need to enjoy your visit at this property. The owners have done a fabulous job to meet the needs of the vacationer. Stay here...you won’t regret it and we will be back next year we hope.

Wonderful condo

We were very pleased with the size, cleanliness and all facilities. The view was amazing and the communication for booking and every detail was first rate. There is new construction next door - Grand Hyatt condos - but it's not too disturbing. I would come back here for sure.

Love Love Love!

This was my second stay at this lovely property. I will definitely come back. It is beautifully furnished and decorated with everything you need included. Love the views of the cruise ships coming in. We especially enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset from the circular patio area in the evening. The property is well maintained and quiet (but there is construction going on next door during the day. I highly recommend.

Gorgeous condo on Seven Mile Beach

The condo is absolutely beautiful. We definitely felt we were in someone’s home and not a rental. Beds are super comfy. Condo was very clean. Owner and manager are very responsive. Loved watching sunsets from the condo or the gazebo.

Quiet Condo on 7-mile

Great condo on the very southern end of 7-mile. Quiet and away from the hotel crowds with amazing snorkeling right in front of the unit. Easy walk to Georgetown, grocery and north to the busier stretch of 7-mile. The unit was very well stocked, clean and beautifully decorated. Would stay again!

THE BEST PLACE TO STAY ON THE ISLAND

We had another amazing week at the condo. The weather was great and the new amenities made our stay even better. I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s extremely comfortable with amazing views. It’s the perfect location for traveling to anywhere on the island. Just down the street from the grocery store, downtown shopping and a lot of great restaurants. We look forward to the next time we go. We’ll stay here again and again as long as it’s available.

Absolutely Perfect!

I cannot imagine a better place to stay and enjoy the Cayman Islands. My husband and I stayed at this vacation home for a week while visiting our adult children who live and work there - and they had just had their first child - our first grad baby! My husband and I are VRBO owners ourselves - we own and operate four separate vacation rentals - two in Florida and two in North Carolina. I can assure you that I am REALLY picky and a TOTAL neat freak. This vacation home (not a rental....but a true home) exceeded our expectations. It was impeccably clean and the location, the view, the amenities and the decor are fabulous. From the quality of the beds and the bed linens and bath linens to the cook ware/ bake ware/ dish ware /cutlery/ ....it was all top notch....not like other vacation rentals where you are left with odds and ends in terms of towels and linens and dishes etc. We hope that we can book this home again in the future if it is available! If you are wondering if you should book this vacation home - just DO IT! You won't regret it! Katherine and Hal Stokes

Perfect piece of paradise

Came to Grand Cayman for a scuba diving vacation and decided to do a VRBO condo instead of a traditional hotel. Was a perfect decision. The unit at Ponsettia Condos is very nice. It is spacious and I think has one of the best views of all the units. Right out the door is the pool and a few steps away is the ocean. Spent many evenings watching the sun go down. Beautiful sunset views. Added bonus is that a short snorkel away you can explore a wreck. The unit itself was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Cheri was very helpful in providing us email instructions as well as suggestions of places to go. I would stay again at this unit in a heartbeat! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Perfect stay at this oceanside gem

This was our family's first trip to Grand Cayman and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect property to stay at. We felt immediately at home in this beautiful condo with beautiful finishes, amazing furniture and decor, and an abundance of something you will need - towels! Everything we could have needed - including swim fins and band-aids - was included. The kitchen was well appointed and huge - although we didn't use it as much as we should have (dining out is pricey!). We really enjoyed snorkeling the wreck so close to shore. We appreciated being close to the center of Georgetown and found it easy to get around in the rental car. While there are lots of public buses, I'm very glad we had the car so that we could explore other areas of the island including Starfish Point and West Bay. Not that we watched TV that much, but having shows to watch on CTV or stations out of Miami was nice for early evenings in. We highly recommend this property to anyone staying on Grand Cayman!

Perfect property in Grand Cayman!

The home owners of this property have thought of everything - and more! The decor is beautiful, the bedrooms were perfect with King beds that were comfy! The kitchen offers more than we expected with glasses, plates, utensils that accommodated more than 8, (even plastic ware), we were four guests. The sunset views of the ocean and cruise ships were breathtaking. Unit offered beach supplies that included snorkeling gear, floaties, chairs and even a cooler. Yes the unit is right outside the pool and has views of the ocean from the living room. This property far exceeded our expectations!!! It felt like a home away from home, not a rental. Truly beautiful from the inside out! Great stay, happy guests. We miss it already!

Paradise!

The property is lovely. We found everything we needed ( and more). Kitchen is very well equipped. The entire place was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location and grounds were great. Far enough off the road to be quiet but still within walking distance to grocery and restaurants. The snorkeling off the beach front was wonderful and the pool and many outside seating areas were perfect! Can’t wait to return to this fabulous place!

A slice of heaven

We had a wonderful stay at Cheryl and Buddies. Great little complex with lovely views and lovely pool and great outdoors rattan furniture with cozy cushions. Snorkeled off the beach(which is rocky and a little hard to get in and out of. Tip: use the ladder entrance at complex to the right) and saw lots of fish and followed a turtle to our delight. Kitchen was a cooks dream. So appreciated the myriad of coffee makers and bean grinder. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and the set up such that the three of us had enough space. Loved the table looking out to the garden where I could watch the cruise boats come in at 6 am. Little extras like a pair of binoculars made this quite fun. Easy walking to lobster pot where we caught a boat with deep blue divers to go diving and even closer to Kirks supermarket. Caymana Bay also within easy reach. Next time I might not rent a car! Highly recommend and plan to come back.

AWESOME Cayman Condo

We have stayed at 8 different "rentals" on Cay-Man .... from 7 mile to Rum Point. This was THE BEST of them all. Not inexpensive,,,, but location is so nice. Close to our favorite beach Smith's.... and central enough to allow travel up the 7 mile coast, or around and up to Rum Point. Accomodations were stellar. First class all the way. Renters were very very easy to deal with and supplied the house very nicely with every possible luxury and also practical items like beach chairs and coolers and floats. Condo is right up near the water, and the complex has a nice pool and GREAT oceanside couches to lounge on. Waterfront is a SNORKLING place.... swimming is good only for competent swimmers, as acess is via a ladder a hundred yards north of the condo complex. Snorkling access is easy about 50 yards south... and snorkeling in front of the condo is good, not the best, but nice to be able to get right in anytime you want, and there is basically no one else in the water there. Again... above beginner level required. BEDS, etc. in the condo are PERFECT... as is the kitchen and bathrooms. Both Bedrooms are awesome. PERFECT for four... if you have younger kids they can sleep in living room but really made for two couples. ENJOY... just leave the weeks i want open please !

Perfect Proximity to everything!!

This home is perfectly placed on the beach with a pool right outside the door! It’s within walking distance to restaurants and plenty of shopping opportunities! The owners and property manager were very easy to work with and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns! We would highly recommend staying here!!

The owners are very informative and quick to answer any question you may have. The condo was nicely stocked with all the cooking gadgets you would desire from a vitamix to a coffee press. Very clean and well maintained property. The neighbors are very nice and friendly. They were very helpful in suggesting restaurants or other local attractions. The location is set in a very quiet peaceful community. We had a great time!

The location was great. We had a short convenient walk to a nearby grocery store and local restaurants. We easily caught cabs or Public busses when we wanted to go further away. We enjoyed snorkeling right in front of the condo at a local shipwreck.

Great Ground Floor Condo

We loved the location, the pool, the landscaping, barbecue area, and furnishings. Cheri has done a great job providing everything for all of your needs including even a beach umbrella. The beach is a bit small and rocky but adequate. The only negative was beyond the owner's control...the extended family upstairs with the two toddlers. Five people, with Grandma, above you up at 6:30 am makes for a tough vacation if you go to bed late as we do. The insulation package is such that every time a chair is moved upstairs it reverberates throughout the downstairs residence. If you are up early, it is a great place to spend a week. Amazing weather in March!

Peace and quiet.

Loved our week in this home. I thought the location was outstanding. Next to the pool but your view is of the ocean. Perfect for four adults. Well located in relationship to activities on the island. Many restaurants within walking distance. Property was very well maintained. Very quiet. Not many people around during the week as many seem to have to work. Everyone we met was friendly. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great venue

Best thing I can say about our stay is it felt like I was staying in a private home vs. some rental. Super clean and as others have said very tastefully appointed with everything you need and more. The commons portions of the property (swimming pool, patio area by the beach, and gazebo) are first class and so close to the unit its nothing to walk back in for another cold beverage, snack or whatever you need. Would not hesitate to stay again. There is some dining reasonably close, but the location is not in what I would call the heart of activity. However, public transportation is so easy and cheap to get (if you prefer not to walk or drive yourself) that it’s really not a big deal.

Plenty of room. Had everything you need. Very nice. We had a great time in the Caymans. Hope to come back sometime!
