Grand 32 parhaalla alueella Seven Mile Beach. Pehmeä hiekka, vesiurheilu ja upea snorklausta ovet ulos. Lähellä ravintoloita, baareja ja Camana Bayn ostosmahdollisuuksia ja aktiviteetteja. Meidän 2. ja 3. kerros huoneisto on täysin remontoitu uudet kaikki! Toisin kuin muut yksiköt Island Pine Villas, meidän parvella makuuhuone oli laajennettu ja suljettu. Jos pysyt kanssamme, sinulla on viihtyisä, yksityinen yläkerran makuuhuone pieni, oma kylpyhuone w / suihku, lisäksi alakerran (2. krs) makuuhuone w / aurinkokansi. Yläkerrassa on kalteva katto, joka vaikuttaa suihkuun. Korkeammat ihmiset 5'10 "ja ylös saattavat olla mukavampia suihkussa suuressa alakerran suihkussa. This was a fantastic property for my family’s visit to Grand Cayman. The unit is well laid out with lots of space for parents and two young boys. We also appreciate the host having beach chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles and sand toys. These are things we didn’t want to pack and loved that we can just check in, drop everything and head to the beach. Speaking of beach, the complex has a direct access to the beautiful Sevem Mile Beach and use of the pool. The unit is also well situated. With proximity to Camana Bay and being on West Bay road, it gave us great dining options when we decided we didn’t want to cook. I highly recommend and would rebook again.

10/10, would stay again! Listing was perfect for our family of 4. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom perfect for 2 kids. Kitchen well stocked, lots of items for the beach and pool, and they don’t cut corners on silly things like paper products, garbage bags, etc. Really appreciated the laid back yet responsive host. Exactly what we were looking for!

This condo was a perfect home base for our vacation! We loved the location & all of the amenities - it was fully stocked, the washer/dryer was awesome, and the kitchen had all the dishes you could need! The pool at the complex is great too and parking was easy. We did go snorkeling right outside the condo and saw a green turtle which was a highlight of our trip for sure! The other huge plus for us was all of the beach chairs and toys - it made it feel like a true home away from home. Our kids (3 5) loved their upstairs bedroom, too. I would definitely stay here again!

This property is older but the condo is in excellent shape and clean and neat. The air conditioning is perfect. It’s literally steps out to the beach and is very convenient to Camana Bay shopping and dining. The owner was super responsive to my inquiries both before and during the trip. The unit has decks in both front and back so you can be in sun or shade as you wish. You walk for several miles to the right as you look towards the ocean (we had to go to the street to the next beach access a few times at high tide/big waves; but could just wade around the first point most of the time and thereafter the beach is wide. This place is as-advertised and we enjoyed it.

We had a great stay at this villa. Communication was excellent all the way from planning, to during our stay. The villa is in a perfect location with access to so many resteraunts and shopping just a short walk away. Camana Bay plaza is a short walk over a nice and safe path away from traffic. The villa has everything you need to enjoy the beach. There are beach towels, coolers, chairs, umbrellas at the residence.The rooms are big and beds were very comfortable. There are tv's in every room with local cable providing many channels and local information. There are two balconies which were very nice to sit and enjoy the weather. The kichen is fully supplied with dishes, dishwasher, coffee makers drip and keurig. There is a washer and dryer which was convenient. The air conditioner works great and ceiling fans in bedrooms and living area. The property is very nice and well maintained. The pool is very nice, quiet and provides both good sun and shade. The beach at the property is very nice and clean. Plenty of sand to find a spot for setting up chairs. We would definitely rent this location again and would recommend to friends and family. Perfect location and very clean villa property in great location.

The cleaning crew was still onsite when we arrived as we arrived prior to check in. they were extremely friendly and welcoming. They gave us a few ideas on where to go while we waited for them to finish up. They left the place immaculate. The condo was comfortable and welcoming. The location was great while not being in the center of the beach where it was more crowded. For the money, this condo was the best value for those on a budget. It was clean, safe and we felt we had our own private beach.

Excellent communication before, during, and after our stay. So many extras, from pool and beach toys to fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Perfectly situated on Seven Mile Beach and at the pedestrian access to Camana Bay. Climate control in all rooms, plenty of hot water for showers, so many entertainment options (TV, DVDs, books, board games). Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Grand Cayman.

Wonderful stay

We had a great week in Grand Cayman calling Island Pine Villa 32 our home. Great central location. Condo is steps away from the beach and kids loved having a pool as well as the ocean to play in. Condo was as described, had everything we needed!

Relaxed on the Beach

The property was easy to find and convenient for the transfer of luggage from the cab we'd taken at the airport. It was exactly as depicted in the photos and according to the information I received in answer to my questions. All communications, both prior and during our stay were clear and prompt. Being directly on the beach was fantastic, and it was only a short walk to restaurants and or a great grocery store, Foster's. We plan to return.

Wonderful

We had the best time. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, beach cooler, etc.we enjoyed the most incredible sunsets and water was calm and crystal clear. Checking in and checking out was a breeze and the host was always easy to contact.the kids really enjoyed staying in the loft (secret room). We are looking forward to returning thank you!

Great family vacation!

Our family of 5 loved staying at this property. Just steps from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk, the location is great. The condo has all you need to enjoy the beach or the pool. My 9 and 11 year old loved the upstairs room, it was just their size. Everything was comfortable and clean. The host was very communicative and helpful. We would certainly come back!

Excellent option for the Price and Location

I have rated this place overall 5stars due to the location, condition and price point at this particular island. This was the first time I stayed at the Cayman Islands and anything on 7 mile beach is typically a minimum of 1000 a night for any of the resorts along the main beach stretch. Considering the price of this condo and its near vicinity to seven Mile Beach, arguably still considered 7 mile beach, but there is ocean retaining wall that prevents you from reaching the main 7 mile beach stretch unless you walk in the water or walk around onto the street. As this is a private residence in most aspects with some other rentals it was relatively quiet on the premises and one the beach as it does not get foot traffic from people outside the villas close by. Location was ideal to large grocery store & multiple restaurants within walking distance. My spouse initially was not impressed with the external aesthetics of the bldg in general as it is an older building but inside condo 32 it was nicely appointed with modern looking updates and comfortable all around.If I wanted to get nitpicky about a couple of things some of the nonstick cookware, such as the griddle is well used not really nonstick anymore and very warped. Also the silverware it was very cheap stamped silverware which that itself is not the issue, but since it’s stamped, it had relatively sharp edges on the silver silverware, which did not make it comfortable to use. Highly recommend.

Great retreat with lovely beach

We really enjoyed our time on Seven Mile Beach at this property. It's a great location to shops and restaurants and the walkway to Camana Bay was really pleasant and easy. And of course the beautiful beach. We loved it and were sad to leave.
