”The only reason I stayed here was because I booked it as non-refundable. The bathroom in my room was filthy. I won’t get into it because I don’t want to gross anyone out. The sheets and towels were clean. The bed was uncomfortable. My room was on the first floor, right next to the main entrance- there are no sheers on the windows, only blackout curtains, which didn’t really help because there was a spotlight shining right at my window. ”There was lots of ants through the hotel we had to switch rooms Because they were on our bed our food everywhere and also in the pool area everywhere and in th breakfast area during breakfast they need to get the property sprayers in and outside.”

”Room and building smelled like smoke (not just cigarette smoke either), kitchenette faucet would not shut completely off, spider in tub, breakfast was always out before 8:15, and efficiency was supposed to have small couch or 2 chairs ( we has one chair-not enough for both of us to sit. ”I checked in at 7:30 which was considered after hours so the door was locked. I had to call to find someone to help me. The elderly lady came to the door after a while but struggled to get it unlocked. I told her I was checking in and she kept asking me what room I was in. Finally I saw 2 keys on the counter with my name and explained I believed those were for me. I had reserved 2 rooms. The 1st room had a broken flusher on the toilet. ”The motel was easy to find. Personnel could smile more. Second morning breakfast was not being attended to. People were there and breakfast items had run out. We had trouble with the lock on the door. It was not a bad two day visit. Just average. We would return.”

”Could use more staff in kitchen at breakfast especially when its a weekend and events are going on, one person can not do it all herself she was trying her best to keep up and done a good job. Someone didn't show up for work and it threw things behind. But other than that it was a good stay”
