”Maybe spend a few minutes at check-in to give the guest all the info they need. After signing the reservation form, I was given a key and my room was pointed out me. No other info was given. Front Desk agent was in a hurry to leave the building. No WiFi info, location of resort amenities, or other property info was shared. We walked around to find the pool and discovered it was dirty with a bunch leaves and other debris. I learned about the walking trails after my departure from someone else....

”This was the best resort I've ever stayed in, staff was super friendly, the resort and spa was relaxing, my time there was enjoyable. Next time I come back to Belize I'll make sure to stay here. ”Great place. It does not have Ana actual outdoor hot tub like in the pictures but a soaking tub in the bathroom. Water pressure was really bad so if you'd like a bath make sure to start pouring an hour ahead of time but the water temperature was hot so I didn't mind. Water pressure in the kitchen sink was really low too. The pool was nice and clean. All in all I enjoyed my stay despite these little hiccups. ”
