”We stayed at the Spruce cabin and it was lovely. I wasn't sure what was all included at the cabin as far as amenities. We usually stay at State park cabins, so were pleasantly surprised to find so many things included. For example, dishes, silverware, towels, sheets, pillows......even soap, papertowels, toilet paper and aluminum foil! The beds were comfy and all the appliances worked fine. The campground was quiet. We walked around a lot and it was interesting to see some remnants of when...

”Definitely pros and cons here... It was a neat property, cute rustic feel and very clean. It was also in route to our destination so that was good. The restaurant was nice and the staff was friendly. The parking was well lit and convenient.
What we didnt care for was that there was a group of people who pretty much took over the lodge, they stayed in the common area the most of the time (and took all the ice). They were not bad people or anything just overwhelming. There was very little privacy...

”This Comfort Inn has got to be among the best—if not THE best—in the chain. I can’t think of one negative thing to say about it. Great location right on the river (ask for a river view room). Sparkling clean throughout, comfortable beds, friendly staff. A very pleasant find for our stay in the area to visit all the Frank Lloyd Wright houses.”
