A separate game room that has a classic arcade video game with 60 games, a foosball table and a 65in smart TV. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook for a large family and also a stocked keurig. USB chargers are provided in each room for your convenience and a washer and dryer with complimentary pods. There's also a large 26in Weber charcoal grill.
The Ranch sits in Wears Valley close to the entrance of Smokey Mountain National Park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You are surrounded by wineries, distilleries, and every family activity you can imagine, all within 30 minutes of the Ranch.
The Ranch offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 King Master Suites with one of them being a huge 572 sq ft family suite that sleeps 5 and has a 65in TV. ! There's a Queen bedroom with a 50in TV, and a Twin bunkbed room with a 43in smart TV. The living room is a comfy family room with a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace and a 65in TV. The house is serviced by Xfinity Wifi with speeds up to 500mb and up to 11 devices.
With total privacy on 1.5 Acres, sit on the porch rockers and drink your morning coffee looking at 4139ft Cove Mountain and listen to the running brook next to the property.
