  • Asiakkaat tulevat vuorten kerätä ja uudelleen ystävien ja nauttia upeat näkymät Smoky Mountains. Hyvin mahdollisesti täydellinen 3 mh, henkeäsalpaavat näkymät nukkuu 10 vierasta ja tarjoaa uskomattomat näkymät vuorille sekä useita paikkoja kerätä, onko sen pelihuone, suuri huone tai omalla yksityisellä kotiteatteri huone 10 jalka näyttö!



    2 yötä tai 2 viikon oleskelun mökkisi on varustettu keittiö ja kaikki astiat ja laite sinun täytyy valmistautua hytissä aterioita, kuten astianpesukone, kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin, mikseri, leivänpaahdin ja mikroaaltouuni. Sinulla on myös pesukone ja kuivaaja laajennettu oleskelua.



    Levitä 1 3 Master sviittiä, 2 king sänkyä ja toisessa queen bed. 3 Full kylpyjä vieressä kussakin Master Suite. Vuodesohva tarjoaa lisää nukkumista 2 hengelle (sopii parhaiten lapsille).

AMAZING VIEWS

I would like to give some feedback for improvements, there weren’t enough towels for both the hot tub and showers, and when washing the towels that were available the dryer takes hours to get the towels dry. Also the bathtub jets need cleaned, I’m assuming they just aren’t used very often, but when running a bath for my toddler there was a lot of gunk in the water from the jets

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was very nice. The only problem we encountered was not having toast for breakfast. The toaster was stored on top of the cabinets where we could not reach it. Not able to climb up on the dining room chair and there was no step stool. The road up to the cabin is pretty steep and there were 2 large pot holes, one on the left and one of the right about 50 ft apart that had to be dodged. Finding they were there while focusing on finding the cabin was very jarring.The steep walk up/down the road to find the limited grassy areas for our dog wasn't fun. Needed a walking stick to make sure I didn't fall.

There was only 1 bedroom on the main level. We had two separate parties in our group that needed ground floor bedrooms. It was also lacking soap in multiple bathrooms. The cheap sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. Also it said there was room for 3 cars in the driveway, this was also untrue. We were barely able to fit 2 cars. Overall, that cabin was not worth the money we paid.

We had fun in Gatlinburg. Cowboy Way cabin was spacious and just as advertised. Close enough to the parkway but far enough to be quiet. The staff from Elk Springs were very responsive and helpful.

It would have been nice to know there was only parking for one vehicle. We had to park one of our trucks half in the very steep road. It meant jumping down 2 ft while holding the door up to get out.

We were happy that we were able to take my daughters dog and he had fun also. Only problem was the commodes went down slow. Other than that it was great for all of us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Absolutely beautiful spacious cabin with one of the best views in the area! The drive up to the cabin is steep with some gnarly potholes so be cautious. We drove in with a crew cab long bed truck and it was a little tight fitting for a large truck like that but we knew how to navigate it amd it's best to pull forward and back into your parking space 😀 all minor things if youre prepared! But the cabin itself was gorgeous and we were able to bring our little Frenchie with us who had the time of his life there too! Elk Springs is amazing with communication and has some of the best, if not the best, customer service Ive dealt with in a long time. Thank you for the memories! 5☆ in EVERY way possible!

Best Views were from the bathroom. Rocking chairs were broken and full of spider webs. That was unfortunate but we understand it was a cabin on a mountain. So these things can happen. However, the property is dated, frustrated that we were not able to use the home theater since we couldn’t ever get it to connect, difficult to use pool table due to the room size being too small, no green space on the property for the dog to use bathroom, the queen size bed in the game room felt dirty and not a good option for our guest...so they opted for the couch and struggled to sleep due the freezer constantly making noise and the kitchen sink kept dripping, coffee table had damage on corners, the floor from upstairs bathroom to bedroom is in bad shape, and no furniture on the front porch. Overall, we were disappointed compared to the previous property we booked in February (lovvved it) and given it was roughly the same cost. We will not book this property again nor recommend it.

Reviewer Comments: The place was pretty and all but the cabin was not so clean like we were hoping it would be. the floors looked like they haven’t been mopped in weeks and the carpet on the stairs smelt like mold and looked like it had mold on the side of the wall near the stairs. the mop hanging in the closet smelt horrible like it wasn’t washed out.

Great place to have a great time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was awesome. It was very well maintained and clean. There were a few issues of course, but overall we had a good time. In the central bathroom the jets in the tub had not been cleaned out and when initiated black soot came out of them. Down stairs in the hottub area had only one light on back porch. It needs more lighting. Actually it was scary. Also on main floor, rails should be placed in shower and commode for elderly to access. That is the only things that were not to our liking.

Christmas Vacation Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was nice and view was amazing. They need better signs for where the cabin numbers are located. So many people come to our cabin because they couldn't locate there cabin number. Cleaning could have been better. The microwave was not cleaned it had burnt stuff in it. Not sure the last time the hot tub was empty and scrubbed out. I slipped on slime when I got in. Which I got right back out, that was disappointing. Dryer took to long to dry a small load of laundry.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in one of the cabins before and enjoyed it very much..This stay was very disappointing and an inconvenience to say the least. The hot tub and other tubs were not cleaned u could see the dirt the couch had something spilled on it the movie theater directions were incorrect. We had a sit and wait for someone to come finish cleaning and then come again to show us how to use the movie theater because the instructions were wrong and incorrect. The internet was not working so that had to be fixed.The breathtaking view was at the front door..The views from the decks were blocked by over grown trees.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was generally clean but needed a good deep clean. The theater seats were dirty and dusty (don’t believe these were cleaned), thick dust on lamps and pictures over bed as well as thick dust and a lot of cobwebs on the ceiling fans above beds and in family room. I reported this along with other non-clean areas and they did offer to come and correct (which I declined as mentioned it was generally clean, was just notifying them so they could give some attention before next guests; I understand everyone’s idea of “clean” is different). The hot tub was not heating and they did come same day to fix. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Beds are very squeaky but generally comfortable.. The cabin seems dated and needs some better lighting - it is quite dark going to game area/theater room and hot tub. Carpet steps to this lower level area are filthy. The pictures may be older as it isn’t all same furniture or placement.
