While the upstairs loft bedroom offers stunning sunrise views, Sunshine Daydream also features a convenient first-level bedroom and full bathroom—perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. This setup ensures comfort and accessibility for everyone in your group, whether you're traveling with grandparents, young children, or anyone who would benefit from single-level living.
One of the most unique features of Sunshine Daydream is its dual living spaces, each with its own fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, spacious bedroom, and full bathroom—plus separate entrances for added privacy. We really enjoyed our stay; gorgeous views, peaceful setting, and the chalet had everything we needed for a wonderful time to getaway for fall break. We enjoyed coffee on the deck at sunrise, smores at night by the firepit, fishing, and of course….relaxing. Hope to return again soon!

Check-in was easy. Owner provided 4-digit code ahead of our arrival to electronically self check-in. Also, owner allowed us to check in a little early since traffic was lighter than expected.The kitchen was clean and stocked with all basic necessities including silverware, dishes, kitchen tools, lighters for firepit, baggies, aluminum foil, etc. etc. Owners really thought of everything.

Amazing view

Brought a pair of sea doos to enjoy the lake. Hands down nicest lake I have ever ridden the boats on! I appreciated the on site boat launch (a bit tricky to maneuver a trailer on to the ramp) the view from the home are amazing. Host was quick to respond to inquiries and were very helpful

Great stay!

My husband and I had a great experience. We have stayed at this property before and we loved it. It is very peaceful and a great place to unwind and relax. We did a lot of bank fishing there and caught a lot of fish. If you go through the old town of Dandridge to get there, stop by Rimmers bait shop, the old man that owns it is so nice. The owners of this cabin are so nice and they are made sure you are aware of everything. We had no problems but I know if we did they would have responded and would have helped. We will definitely stay here again.

Very good stay with beautiful view.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was smooth. The lake view was wonderful. The winding metal staircase was a bit challenging in order to get to the bed as we are both in our 70’s. The place was clean and well taken care of.

Perfect Week!

My little family and I stayed here for 6 nights, using both the main upstairs unit, as well as the additional main floor unit. Everything was super clean and very comfortable. View is amazing and the location, right on the lake with mountains in the backdrop, was perfect for us. Communication with Dana was so easy. She was very responsive to all my inquiries before we booked, leading up to our stay, and during our stay, even checking in with us a few times throughout our stay to be sure we didn’t need anything or have any questions or issues. Dana is very knowledgeable of the area and was at the ready with answers and recommendations.

Mountain Retreat

Very nice cottage with beautiful views and surrounded by mountains! Lots of fun things to do and explore within a short drive, such as Forbidden Caverans and Gatlinburg. We enjoyed the time connecting with family.

TN Lake house

The hosts are very welcoming and responsive to any questions and concerns. The A frame suited our needs well & having the boat launch access was very convenient. The setting is quiet and lovely. We spent many hours on the lake and drove into Sevierville and Pigeon Forge a few times as well. Thank you!

Mountain family fun

We had an amazing stay. We rented the larger house on this property as well to give the entire family plenty of space. (Check out that review as well-(Rise and Shine)). Having this additional space was perfect for our crew! We loved the lake and the gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. It was a peaceful slice of paradise, only about 40 minutes from nearby Pigeon Forge. The host and hostess were attentive and helpful. They made sure we were having a blast the entire week! I would definitely consider this place to be the best of both worlds.

Beautiful Views

This was the perfect place for my boyfriend and I to enjoy our spring break! The communication with hosts was so clear and easy. We were a little confused when we walked into the main level because it wasn't what was pictured in the listing, but then we went to the upstairs (gorgeous!) The view over the lake and surrounding trees was beautiful and the space itself was pretty clean. The window across from the bed faces the east so there are unobstructed sunrise views every morning over the water. We were planning on going down to the lake, but when we got there dock repairs were going on so it was drained. Not by fault of the host at all, just something to keep in mind if you are looking to visit in the spring! Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay and we highly recommend!!

Just Amazing !!

Idyllic

The chalet was wonderful. Beautiful inside and with a breathtaking view. Secluded but a reasonable and largely scenic drive to the attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Great bbq nearby. And the owners are very considerate, providing lots of information on places to go, things to do etc. Very highly recommend, and we certainly can’t wait to stay again.
