We invite you to get comfy in our newest Smoky Mountain Cabin!

Our beautiful brand-new build provides the peaceful welcome of home, with the rustic charm of adventure. The new king master bedroom and 1 queen sleeper sofa in the loft area certain to keep you well rested for the entirety of your trip.

From the outdoor themed decor and the modern furnishings provided, this lovely property provides a cozy, familiar and inviting atmosphere for all.

Here at HiBearnation Haven Cabin, you'll find all the essentials you need, including smart Roku-TV's throughout the property, AC/ heating, a separate laundry room with full washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi, brand new 4-person hot tub, as well as two full luxurious vanity bathrooms.

Whether you're looking to relax in the peaceful mountain surroundings or explore the attractions of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or Sevierville and more, our newest cabin build is the perfect home away from home!

Great cabin! Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and easy to get to. Had plenty of dish, dishwashers, hand and laundry soap. Also, full size shampoo and conditioner and enough towels for 3 for a week. No body soap, so bring some. The only thing I wished for was maybe a small bistro table on the back porch for breakfast or dinner to enjoy the sunrise and we happened to be there for great views of a beautiful full moon rise too. My daughter enjoyed a rainbow from the hot tub. All in all a great trip. Thank you for giving us a great price on an extra day!

First and foremost, Lynn, Robert, and company are seriously THE BEST HOSTS you will ever come across ad that's a hill I will gladly die on. They emailed us several times before we headed out on our 30th wedding anniversary vacation to let us know the amenities, local places to visit, and to let us know they were available 24/7 if we needed them. And they really ARE available at all hours! A light fixture crashed about ten minutes after we walked in the door at 5:30am and within 5 minutes of my text, they responded letting me know that maintenance would be there in a few hours to fix it. And he was! He had it cleaned up and replaced in no time and my husband enjoyed their chat and the recommendations he gave us! The pictures do NOT do this gorgeous cabin justice! We walked in and were in complete awe of the gorgeous high ceilings, beautiful fireplace, and the comfiest, softest bed I've ever slept on. The hot tub was the perfect way to end each night of our stay. We loved looking across the mountains at the lights late at night. There is nothing that beats the view (and I grew up in the stunning Adirondack Mountains of NY). If you're arriving after dark, just know that you are climbing up a narrow mountain road.We can't wait to go back next year and maybe see a bear! ;)

Five-Star StayWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin. Visiting during the off-season made it incredibly peaceful and quiet—exactly what we were hoping for. The location is fantastic, and with the snow falling, the views truly looked like something straight out of a Hallmark movie. It was stunning.The cabin itself was very clean and well cared for, and the host was excellent to work with—responsive, kind, and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early, and when a snow/ice storm hit, they graciously let us stay an extra night at no charge, which we deeply appreciated and will not forget.The hot tub is extremely private, which we loved. That said, it could use a deep clean—possibly because the cabin hadn’t been rented in a bit and it was overlooked. This didn’t ruin our stay but is worth noting and we used it anyways. The master bed was comfortable, but it was quite noisy due to the mattress sitting on wooden slats, which made movement noticeable during the night.Overall, this was an amazing stay, and the positives far outweighed the few minor issues. We felt relaxed, taken care of, and completely at home. We will 100% stay here again and would absolutely recommend this cabin to others.I wish I could share photos of how breathtakingly beautiful this cabin and location is.

Cabin seemed nearly new and super clean. Location was good but could be tough in winter weather. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Some reviewers have complained of mattress but we slept great on it. Pillows are super flat but host said was going to replace. Hot tub felt great. Will be back!

We had a great stay at this cabin! It was very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The hot tub was especially nice and stayed perfectly warm, which made it even more relaxing. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely come back.

House was clean and easy to get in and out of the driveway. Our kids enjoyed the air hockey table and game system upstairs. Plenty of room for a family of 4 or more. The house was decorated for Christmas which made Christmas morning feel like home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. It’s about 20 minutes from attractions so it’s far enough to be quiet but close enough to enjoy the fun activities in town.

Gorgeous cabin! This is our 3 yr renting from Lynn & crew and they are great to work with. This cabin is in one of the best locations and very easy to get to!! We enjoyed our stay and will be back next year.

This is a lovely cabin! It had a laundry area which came in handy. Enjoyed the lovely kitchen and spacious open living area. Main bathroom was large for easy navigating. The only negative is the master bedroom mattress is not very good or supportive. Other than that, it was one of our favorite cabins we have stayed at!

The Cabin was wonderful. It was clean and had the lovely Wood Cabin smell.The location is fantastic, its not far from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.The Hot Tub was the highlight of the Cabin. Great place to kick back and relax and the kiddo absolutely loved it!

This is our second time staying in a cabin by these renters, and for a second time we’re very impressed! I can’t stress how nice they are and willingness to make our booking stress free! Their communication and friendliness are top-tier. I can’t wait to stay at another one of their properties again!As for the cabin itself, the view was great! Seeing the mountain range from the deck was great. Are there better views of the Smoky Mountains? Yes, but for the price we paid, it was well beyond what we expected. We spent all our time at the cabin on the deck and in the hot tub. It was very clean, and it smelled as if it were just built (had that new cabin smell). Which was pleasant!I can’t recommend these renters and their properties enough!
