Cozy Lodge 1.5 Mile to Dollywood

Welcome to our newly renovated lodge just a 1.5 miles from Dollywood! If you want to stay in the heart of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, and still feel like you're nestled away in the mountains, then this is right for you! We take a ton of pride in making this the cleanest place you've ever stayed. -Location-

This is the first unit of a beautiful triplex located in a very quiet area right off of Veterans Blvd. so you can get where you wanna go to quick but feel like you're deep in the woods when you get back home from a day of fun! You'll be snoozin' about a minute from Veterans Blvd. and only a few minutes from the parkway!





This entire unit is one level with a slight ramp going up into the house. All parking is paved with a gentle incline to the front door.

This unit will surprise you in size the second you walk in.



-Bedrooms-

The master bedroom has a handicap accessible ensuite. All of the additional bedrooms have their very own bathrooms!! You can't find that much plumbing anywhere else in these hills...unless you count the outhouses of course.



-Kitchen-

Your retreat will come fully stocked with all the kitchen appliances you could think of, for any home-cooked meals you like to make. You'll also enjoy two dining tables that seat more than the house can hold for all the good takeout you'll be bringing home too!





Last but certainly not least is the outdoor space. You have your pick to sit out front in your rocking chairs or outback on your private patio with outdoor table and seating.
