Red Bear is the cutest Wears Valley cottage that looks like it is straight out of a storybook! With 2 bedrooms, a bunk room, 3 bathrooms, a bubbling hot tub, and a fantastic view of the Smoky Mountains, Red Bear checks all the boxes!

Main (Entry) Level:
- Cozy living room with electric fireplace
-Fully equipped kitchen
-Dining Area
-King bedroom with TV and large bathroom with standup shower
-Access to deck space with seating, mountain views, and gas grill
-Spiral staircase to lower level
-Garage access with folding table, chairs, giant jenga, cornhole!

Upper Level:
-Queen bedroom with TV
-Full bathroom
-Comfortable lofted seating area (good napping spot)
-Outdoor upper balcony with seating and mountain view!

Lowest Level:
-Can access via indoor spiral staircase or exterior staircase
-Room with twin bunk beds and TV
-Bathroom with standup shower
-Access to deck space with hot tub and more spots to enjoy the Smoky Mountain view!

After a long day of fun on the Pigeon Forge parkway, Gatlinburg strip, or in the Great Smoky National Park, Red Bear is the perfect place to rest, reset, enjoy peace and quiet, and experience one of the best areas for Smoky Mountain living!

All summer bookings can enjoy FREE POOL ACCESS AND FISHING POND ACCESS at Honeysuckle Meadows, which is just a 3 minute drive up the road! When you arrive to the pool, they will ask for the cabin's address (given at check-in) and they will open the gate to the pool for you!

No smoking allowed inside this cabin. Use ashtrays or ash buckets on the porches and DO NOT litter.

No pets allowed at this unit. Proof of pets results in $250 charge and may require eviction without a refund.

Steep and winding mountain roads to cabin. Do not feed the bears or wildlife.

STARTER KIT AT CABIN INCLUDES:
● 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom
● 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area
● 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink
● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent
● NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen exchange.

GUESTS TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN:
