The view from this cabin is unmatched! It was absolutely beautiful. One downfall was that when the wind picked up (we had bad wind a couple of nights) the roof would creak. It did keep us up one night because it was so loud. I would book this cabin again! It was very clean. The host was very quick to answer questions.

This place was AMAZING, the views are spectacular.Each floor was something special, from the loft master suite, the kitchen/living room space, next level was 2 great bedrooms, pool table, and game table, plus the hot tub. this thing my grandkids loved the most was the theater on the bottom floor. I can say enough about this rental, from the owners to Magnolia, GREAT, GREAT.thank you for a wonderful stay

Absolutely gorgeous location. Watched the sun rise and set over the Great Smoky Mountains, and it was stunning! The cabin itself was homey, and our hosts made sure we had all the necessary things to make our stay seamless. Great communication!

The maid was still cleaning the cabin when we got there. Had to wait an additional 30mins for her to finsh up. Check in time was 4pm didnt check in until 4:30. Then we discovered there was still pieces of food on the kitchen floor and chairs. Cabin was infested with stink bugs. Smudges on the mirrors. Linens didnt even look like they had been changed or washed. Looked to be human/pet hair on the linens. Trash still left in the cabin along with washer full of wet clothes. Hottub absolutely reaked like raw river water with particles floating around. Black mold was around the vent. Absolutely the dirtiest cabin we have ever stayed in. Not only did we have to wait past our check in time to get into the cabin but once we descovered everything else wrong with it we were very disappointed especially since we had this trip planned and cabin reserved for quite sometime just to turn around and search and book another cabin at the last minute. Also the property wasnt maintained at all. Looks like the grass hasnt been cut in over 3 weeks. Windows were leaking through out the cabin and seems like some pipes were leaking as well. Seemed to be water damage/leaking throughout the entire cabin

Mountain Vacation

We just spent a week at this property and greatly enjoyed our time! The views were beyond spectacular and we even saw a few black bears roaming around! Overall the house was well kept. The kitchen, dining room, and living room had a nice open concept which worked out nicely so everyone could be in the same area if they wanted. There were three decks that all had great views so that was a plus too!The two bedrooms on the lower level were small and the bed in one room was very uncomfortable but fortunately that was a kids room and kids can get away with sleeping on bad mattresses better than adults it seems. Also, the kitchen was lacking mixing bowls and utensils. We often bring our own to be sure but didn't this time. Overall it was a wonderful trip. The houses' location was great since it wasn't far from activities in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. If we travel back to this area we would surely consider staying again!

The cabin location was perfect to Dollywood which was the purpose for our two day stay. The view was Amazing! We’ve stayed in a few cabins and this one had the best view by far. The cabin was comfortable. We saw a black bear the day of departure which was cool!

College spring break

I just checked out of this property. I stayed with 7 of my friends on our college spring break. We were hoping for a relaxing week in nature where we could be together. This house was perfect. The views were stunning (as the title implies) and the inside of the house was perfect for us. While there are neighbors, you feel secluded as though you are the only person on the mountain. We were able to listen to music and talk around the fire without worrying about bothering others around us. Be aware though about the path up and down the mountain. It is about 10 minutes from the main road up into the mountains to this property. It is steep and there are quite a few tight turns. Be prepared to drive up this as I know some drivers may be weary of this fact. But I would definitely stay again and this property is wonderful

Very disappointed

We are very disappointed in our stay. Called the first night and spoke with a gentleman regarding the main floor bathroom leaking toilet water to the bedroom below. It had obviously been an existing problem since there was brown toilet water splattered on the walls, the mattress was wet and when turned over showed stains from the same issue even worse. Therefore it was not fit to sleep in. We were told we would get a call back the next morning to take care of the issue and no one ever called. We had to call back, a repair man came and it would have required a significant amount of disruption to fix the bathroom toilet.We had to go buy an air mattress to accommodate everyone not to mention there were not enough towels or sheets, NO towels at all in the kitchen and the whole place could use adeep clean. Our grandson was hurt on nails on the balconies. We called again the following day and were told we would be updated. We had to continually reach out to get updates. We paid a significant amount of money for a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath cabin and were down to 2 bedrooms/2 bath which I could have rented for much cheaper. An 800 credit was given but does NOT adequately compensate for all of this. Not to mention the extra time all of this took out of our short family get away. When we requested more reasonable compensation we were accused of making a threat of giving a bad review to get our money back. This wasn't just a matter of a broken toilet it was an unsanitary situation.

Breath taking views

Just returned from a full week in this beautiful cabin. When first walking in, the view is breath taking! 4 separate levels made us all feel our age ( 60+) . The cabin was very clean but there were MULTIPLE maintenance issues that need to be addressed. All in all, still a comfortable stay. It’s quite high on the mountain (thus the views), but the curvy road is paved all the way up. There were times because of rain there were rocks and branches that fell into the road from the mountain, and we actually at one point got out to move them out of the way for the safety of ourselves and others. The cabin is close to Dollywood, and many good restaurants and other attractions . We would love to return to this cabin again!

Amazing house with a view

Spacious house with a beautiful view full of amenities. We played pool enjoyed the hot tub grilled hot dogs had s’mores and oh my goodness then there’s the movie room. We watched the football game and movies. We enjoyed the swing and the rockers.

Never disappointed

After staying in cabins for almost 30 years, this cabin is in the top two for views. What makes it better is it's close to everything. Most cabins give a great view of Mt. Leconte only. But you can see several mountain peaks from this cabin. The theatre room is first class. Fire pit is great! Lot's of room. We've stayed here three years in a row and plan to come back. By the way...it's always clean.

Great Views!

Overall, this is a great place to stay. Easy access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, & The National Park. To be real, the cabin is a little worn in areas(not dirty), but it is a rental. It's not enough to effect the stay. It is a windy mountain drive up to the cabin, which provides the awesome mountain views from the deck. The community pool is very nice. We saw a small bear our first night there. He was just passing through & minding his own business. Very exciting experience! We were 2 families and the space worked out nicely. We had a couple "camp" fires, played games, and pool and never turned on a TV, which was great. I hope to go back next year in the Fall.

Breathtaking Views!

My family and I truly enjoyed this getaway. The views were absolutely stunning. The property was well stocked with everything we needed and having coffee on the deck rocking chairs was the best. The beds were very comfortable. We took our adult childrens and our preteen/teen and wr all had plenty of space and privacy when needed. Waking up in the master suite overlooking the mountains was one of the best experiences we have seen since vacationing in the mountains. We would definately book again.

Worth the Views Not the Cabin

This is a long one but honest. The views from this property are amazing, I will say that. The cabin itself could use some love and care. If you plan to bring little ones this is not the cabin for you. Empty storage cabinet in the game room is old and wobbly, fell on my 1-year-old the first day (she’s fine.) Wish I understood the layout a bit more. We had 4 adults a 5 yr old & 1 yr old. I ended up putting the kids together because there was nowhere to close off a space for a pack n play. Usually, I can stick it in a closet or flex room. The theater room would have been perfect but there was no door to close out noise. The Master bedroom is completely open, no doors, anything on the main level can be heard. The master bedroom is basically a loft. It's very outdated, the outlets need to be replaced, when charging tablets, phones, and electronics I spread them out throughout the cabin as the outlets would get hot. They are loose and need addressing. The decks had screws sticking up and honestly could use some more furniture. The upper deck had 1 seating area. The lowest had 1 chair and table by the hot tub. The middle level had a porch swing, 2 chairs a table, and 2 stools. Enough seating but not the most comfortable. The cleanliness seemed okay at first but the longer into our stay I noticed several things that hadn't been cleaned in a while, the stove, the windows, and the vacuum was broken. The day before checkout the host texted me about checkout times & specifically told me

Best View in Tennessee on decks

Not enough room to explain the beauty of Skys the limit cabin. Plenty of parking. Everything you need on a vacation. Eat out or have delivered.Loved to view the bears on way to cabin at different times during day and evening. We had our own space on top floor. Plenty of room for more than 10 people. Hot tub wonderful. So pretty cabin. Loved the winding roads to our cabin. Felt like you were truly on Rocky Top Tennessee. Plenty of seating. Easily could get 4 vehicles in parking area.We loved the ice maker and the water was very good. Very hot water. Owners truly give you a nice vacation experience staying there. Very close to main drag in Pigeon Forge. Best place to stay and near many places to eat shop and groceries. I just can’t describe this place with words. If you don’t book this cabin then certainty don’t understand why. Love this place. I didn’t go in searching for bad things I went in with the feeling I was going to love it. No its not perfect but is your home perfect? You look and you will always find something when you book a cabin etc but it’s to be expected due to many booking every week. The owners take care of this cabin. I was pleased so hope you book the cabin also. God bless you

AMAZING!

The property overall, was amazing. It was absolutely beautiful, the views were stunning from our cabin, and our cabin was absolutely wonderful! It was cozy and fit our whole family comfortably. The only thing I will say about the cabin is it needs a little maintenance, as there was a cracked window in our room, wobbly kitchen chairs, one of the drawers in the fridge would not shut/was cracked. But everything else was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to stay here again next time we visit Pigeon Forge! ☺️

Great..again!

We came again this year...that says it right there. We've been staying in cabins since the 90's. There have been two that had the views and the comfort. But this place wins out for its convenient location. Multi-mountain view! Not just Mt. Leconte. Loved the theatre room! Great folks to work with! Stacy

Great cabin with all the amenities you could want. Theater room was excellent. Views from the decks were absolutely stunning! Couldn’t be more pleased, and when we return to Pigeon Forge, we will definitely book again!!
