Wake up to the river and watch eagles soar from your private balcony at Bearfoot by the River — a 2BR/2BA riverfront condo in Pigeon Forge. Unwind by the gas fireplace, soak in the jetted tub, challenge your crew to air hockey, and mix drinks at the custom pink beverage bar. Resort amenities include a pool (seasonal), hot tub (seasonal), and riverwalk. Note: third floor unit, two flights of stairs, no elevator.

BEST location in Pigeon Forge

This condo is the PERFECT place for any visit to the Pigeon Forge area and here are our reasons: -on a scenic river that were waded in and skipped rocks -very clean condo -easy to use gas fireplace and air hockey table -the linens/blankets/towels were high quality -location: you are .5 mile off the main strip, but on the patio overlooking the river, you can't hear any noise so it's peaceful yet close to the attractions/restaurants -the owner was very accommodating and gave communications so that a first time VRBO user would not have any problems using the condo We will indeed stay here again!

Quiet Retreat

The host Laura was quick to address any concerns and issues we had. She was great to work with. The place was clean and spacious and very quiet. We liked the convenience of the location right off the parkway and dodged a lot of the traffic. The only drawback for me was the two flight of stairs to get to the beautiful condo. Would have been nice if there were elevators.

Restful/tranquil Visit

First, the host Laura is very attentive to any needs!. She was the BEST host we have had. Second, her place is just as described. If you need a little get away for rest/relaxation this is it! The location is great. You are away from the noise, yet close by to everything you want to do. The condo was clean, thoughtfully organized, and everything we needed was there. Third, the river view and the balcony were splendid! Sitting there and listening to the water and watching the birds was perfect. Thank you for a great trip. God bless you,

Truly Home Away from Home!

Laura was an amazing host! The home was spotless, not to mention beautiful! Super cozy, and stocked with everything you might need or want on vacation. We had such a good time, both in Pigeon Forge and at the condo. If I could give a 10-star review, I would! Will definitely stay here next time we travel to the area! As to another review about spotty WIFI, the whole city was packed and I think all the servers were slow. Everyone was talking about it! We couldn't get internet anywhere we went, except on the WIFI at the condo and that was seamless and fast.

Overall Pretty Good Stay

Loved the view. It was really close to everything. The WFI was spotty I couldn't get my laptop to connect. Internet kept going in an out with tv as well. The master bedroom and bath were freezing; couldn't locate a vent for heat to come in. Recommendations: Upgrading WFI, an extra fan for the other bedroom and a space heater for master bedroom room. The owner was quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Pigeon Forge Condo

Pleasantly surprised of privacy and tranquility being so close and convenient to the Parkway. The condo was perfect - beautifully decorated, well stocked, clean with comfortable furniture and beds. Walgreens on the corner was genius including a Kroger Express. Would definitely rent again.

Very nice condo, pictures don’t do it justice. It is right in the heart of pigeon Forge so everything is very close by. You will not do wrong renting this place. We loved our stay and place on going back.

Beautiful and quiet

The place was awesome .The inside also awesome and sitting on back balcony was so quit and seeing the River.The people living by our condo was very nice enjoy talking to them.The pool was nice and getting to play air hockey in our room was nice .Definitely would stay there again.The owner was so nice.Close to the apple barn easy getting in and out ❤️

Perfect Getaway!

It is a beautifully decorated home and very clean and comfortable. There are beautiful nature views from balcony. We enjoyed seeing the birds flying near the water. It is such a quiet peaceful setting. We want to come again! Loved it!

Peaceful getaway

This place is the perfect little spot for a small family. I was in town to watch my cousin play in a baseball tournament, and it was so close to all the things to do in Pigeon Forge. My daughter loved going to the pool, and the balcony was a perfect place to have morning coffee and watch the ducks in the creek. The location and balcony view is why I would stay here again. The rooms were decent and had everything we need, the bathrooms were a little small- but manageable. The sink/tub didn’t drain very well but I communicated that and she responded instantly saying they would get someone out at the end of our stay to look at it. The air hockey machine didn’t work that well- but wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall- a cool little place to stay for the week where you are close to everything!

Phenomenal Experience!

This condo exceeded expectations exponentially! We have stayed in multiple locations in the area over the years and this was by far the cleanest and nicest place that we have stayed. Very close to everything yet very quiet and peaceful at the same time. I highly recommend this condo to anyone and our host was absolutely phenomenal in her communication to us!
