This charming 2-story pine cabin is tucked away in the woods of Sky Harbor, conveniently located 12 minutes away from the amusement parks and adventures in Pigeon Forge, and 15 minutes from the fun-filled streets of Gatlinburg, and just 20 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park Sugarland Visitor Center.

The spacious main floor living room boasts an open, light filled design that seamlessly blends with the natural beauty surrounding your space. Enjoy the Beary Nice comfortable furnishings that include a sleeper sofa for little ones or guests. Snuggle blankets are provided so you can cozy up while basking in the glow of the fireplace. All 3 Flat screen TVs are equipped with Roku devices providing 350 channels and easy casting from your own mobile device.

The open kitchen with all major appliances has everything you need to cook or bake. You can even make homemade blueberry waffles with the provided waffle iron. And, of course, there is a coffee pot and Keurig machine. Enjoy your meal on the beautiful hand-crafted chestnut dining table that seats 4 or choose to have breakfast out back on the covered deck!

Off the kitchen you'll find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. In the tastefully furnished bedroom, you will find soft and cozy linens and a super comfortable king-size bed. If you like to watch TV in bed you will appreciate the 40” flat screen smart TV. Guests love the huge jacuzzi tub, but when you want even more room to soak, you can step outside to the hot tub.

For moments of relaxation, step outside onto the expansive deck where you'll find a private hot tub. Immerse yourself in the warm, bubbling water while surrounded by the sounds of nature and the clean and crisp mountain air – a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby hiking trails or enjoying the attractions of the Smoky Mountains.

Upstairs, you can play games or watch TV in the Game Room with Roku while you play pool or as you belly up to the bar. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience upstairs as well. It is a great place to spend some time and have a quality time with your family and friends.

Enjoy the woodsy tranquility in back where you can enjoy a drink or a meal in the fresh air outdoors or have a delightful soak in the hot tub after a long day full of adventures and exploring. If you like to BBQ, we have you covered with a gas BBQ, utensils and brushes. We just ask that you brush the grill for the next guests. A pet dish is also available, just please clean it afterwards, so you won't leave temptations for the bears! Thank you.

☆☆ CLEANING FEE ☆☆
The only fee we charge is a cleaning fee. This fee goes directly to the family that cleans the property between each stay and is designed to be a Fair Living Wage. Between each stay the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and all towels and linens are replaced with fresh clean towels/linens that have been freshly laundered.

☆☆ WINTER ACCESS ☆☆
While it's very rare, during winter storm conditions 4WD and/or snow chains may be necessary to access the property. All roads leading to the property are paved.

☆☆ HIGH SPEED INTERNET WIFI ☆☆
High speed internet Wi-Fi is offered which supports multiple streaming devices. But because of the mountain region, sometimes there can be outages and we do not guarantee internet would be supported in such unfortunate circumstances. We are not responsible for internet outages or other conditions which are out of our control.
