Nestled in Wears Valley (literally steps from the Great Smoky Mountains entrance) this charming farm cabin is new to the market and has under gone a 250k renovation. The cabin offers undergroud high speed internet. The living room has a large 55" television with enough seating to watch tv or play chess near the fire. The dining room comfortably sits 6 people. The kitchen is modern and fully stocked and has all new appliances. The Queen Bedroom is also located on the main floor with a 40" television and full bathroom next to it. The downstairs master bedroom has a private bathroom with double sinks and shower. It also offers a separate entrance and a 50" television. There is a small gameroom that offers seating for 5 for eating or playing poker. Pass the Poker Room is the Teen Hangout spot which offers two double bunk beds, ping pong, PacMan (14 games) arcade and Street Fighter (18 games) arcade. The Teen Hangout spot also has a full bathroom with two sinks, soaker tub/shower combo. The main level also has a spacious laundry room. The upstairs master bedroom has a private balcony to enjoy the Great Smoky Mountain views and air. This bedroom has a 50" television and private bathroom offering double sinks, large soaking stand alone tub, and separate shower. The property offers 1 acre of flatness so kids can run and play or enjoy making smores at the firepit. Great views without steep or high winding roads. Enjoy the great location of this property which is in the middle of Wears Valley (best views of GSM) which is close to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Cades Cove and Townsend. Walking distance to Heavenly Roast Coffee, General Store and Mountain Brothers Brewery. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

We had an excellent stay here. The owners were extremely communicative and replied back instantly. We thought we had two different issues, but it turned out we just misunderstood how to use the door and needed to reset the hot water heater. They were patient, helpful, and quick to assist.The place is very well stocked and well equipped. They even provide laundry detergent, dishwashing tabs, plenty of trash bags, and other essential items you might need during your stay. It really added to the convenience and comfort.The location is great, very close to Wild Side, about 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 20 minutes to Gatlinburg. We would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Nice place and location

We were one of the first people to stay here after renovation. Everything was accurate as described we ended up bringing our own bedding I suggest doing the same as there was only a sheet and a thin blanket. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be by foothills Parkway and where’s Valley the view of the mountains was exceptionally nice. Communication was great and I’m usually one to complain, but there was not much to complain about. The only problem that I did not like is that you had to go around the back of the house to enter the house with a key lock, the front lock did not work, which was a little inconvenient, but I’m sure they’re gonna fix that. It would’ve been a little better if they had done some landscape work trim trees mow grass But all in all it was a perfect trip. I would definitely rent again.

The house was beautifully renovated, perfect location close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The host was incredibly accommodating and very responsive. Highly recommend!
