Plan your Next Play! This brand-new sports-inspired clubhouse celebrates football, baseball, and basketball across four floors and 3,500+ square feet. With 4 bedrooms, a loft, and 5 full bathrooms, there's plenty of space for families and groups to gather, unwind, and make lasting memories.

- Main floor: king bedroom with connected bath
- Second floor: king bedroom with connected bath
- Second floor: queen bedroom, ensuite
- Bunk room: 6 twin bunks, perfect for the kids
- Loft: two full-over-full bunks

Inside, it's built to compete. Take a shot at the indoor heated pool with its own basketball hoop, soak in the hot tub, then keep the game going with arcade machines, air hockey, gaming consoles, a home theater, and 15 TVs with Sonos sound throughout.

Step outside and the resort is yours. Your stay includes full waterpark access: lazy river, infinity pool, splash pad, soaking spa, mini golf, pickleball, and an outdoor movie theater.

NEW! Private Backyard Retreat

One of the most unique features of Game Day Clubhouse is the newly completed private backyard, an outdoor retreat designed for families and groups to relax, play, and spend quality time together. Unlike many Smoky Mountain cabins that only offer decks and balconies, Game Day Clubhouse features a true private backyard designed for outdoor living.

Surrounded by the peaceful Tennessee woods and a seasonal creek, you’ll enjoy a private setting that’s perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Spend your evenings around the fire pit, grill your favorite meals on the BBQ, and gather around the large outdoor dining table beneath the LED-lit umbrella. Challenge family and friends to a game of cornhole, relax under the string lights, or simply enjoy the sights and sounds of nature from your own private outdoor space.

Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or making s’mores around the fire at night, this backyard was designed to be one of the highlights of your stay.

How you'll get in and around:

Full resort access is included with your stay. Waterpark hours run by season and are weather-dependent:

Peak season (March to October)
- April to August: daily 10a to 10p
- March, Sept, Oct: Sun to Thu 10a to 8p, Fri & Sat 10a to 10p
All outdoor amenities open (pool, lazy river, splash pad, outdoor saunas), all heated.

Holiday season (November to December)
- Weekends only: Fri to Sun 10a to 8p
- Water features open and heated if Thursday temps top 60F and the forecast holds. Closed if below 60F.

Winter closure (January 1 to February 28)
- Waterpark and most amenities closed.

Open year-round:
- Pickleball (external gate) and mini-golf (self-serve putters and balls)
- Movie nights Fri & Sat from 7 PM, plus extra holiday showings when weather allows

Hours may change without notice for weather, events, or unforeseen circumstances.

Other things to note

Active construction nearby: This is a brand-new part of the resort, and a couple of neighboring cabins are still under construction. You may experience some daytime construction noise during your stay. The cabin, backyard, and all amenities are fully completed and private for your enjoyment. You're getting a brand-new cabin at introductory pricing while the surrounding area is still being complete

Resort waterpark access is weather-dependent and may close for conditions or seasonal hours (full schedule under Guest access).

We stock a starter supply of toiletries, paper products, and basic kitchen items. For longer stays, plan to bring extras.

Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM. You're in a resort community with neighbors close by, so please keep it respectful after hours.
