The minute you arrive at "Bears on Beach Front," entertainment and relaxation surrounds you! Outside, you are surrounded by nature and the stillness of the Smokies and can kick back in our hot tub or snuggle up by the fire pit and enjoy the warmth of a crackling fire AND the huge big screen outdoor TV. There are also plenty rocking chairs and tables on the decks where you can kick back and relax while enjoying long distance mountain views! Or, hop inside and enjoy the arcade, a friendly round of competition at the large pool table, or just relax on the comfy couch and take a nap! After all, it is vacation! The kiddos will love the children's nook and the spacious bunk room. AND, the indoor/outdoor Game Cave is the perfect place to relax and play! Enjoy air hockey, foosball, a basketball shooting game and more!

Depending on when you stay, both the Dollywood and Island fireworks are visible right there on the porch. What better way to finish your day after a long day of exploring?!

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
