This charming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath cabin offers the ultimate escape into nature without sacrificing comfort. Inside, the open-plan living space centers around a cozy wood-burning fireplace, with plush seating and windows that frame the forest views. The kitchen is fully equipped for group meals, and a foosball table adds extra fun for kids and grownups alike.



Sleeping arrangements include one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and two queen sofa beds—perfect for families or a group of friends. A full bathroom and an additional half-bath provide convenience, while the washer/dryer ensures you're covered for extended stays.



Outside, you’ll find a spacious deck with a grill and seating area overlooking the river. Step down to the firepit for s’mores under the stars or soak in the hot tub after a day of outdoor fun. This is a secluded property and during winter months, it is recommended you have 4wd to access the property. Although remote, you are only 20 mins from downtown Pigeon Forge & Dollywood, and only 30 mins from Gatlinburg.

**PLEASE NOTE : The roads leading to the cabin, as well as the parking area, are quite narrow and may be challenging to navigate with larger vehicles. Only smaller vehicles are able to turn around in the driveway, so we recommend using caution when doing so.**

*Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.



River Access Safety

Access to the river is at your own risk. There are no lifeguards and river conditions can change rapidly. By staying, you agree the Owner/Manager is not liable for injuries or damages related to river access or activities.

*Watch children at all times; never enter the river alone.

*No diving; rocks and drop-offs may be hidden.

*Life jackets strongly recommended and required for any watercraft.

*No river use during storms, high water, strong currents, or after dark.
