Kings Lodge sijaitsee kätkeytyneenä Cove Mountainin juurella (aivan Smoky Mountainsin kansallispuiston ulkopuolella) 7 tasan eekkeriä. Ei ole kukkuloita ajaa ylös ja on hyvin saatavilla talvikuukausina. Olemme 10 minuutin päässä kyyhkysaleistä ja 10 minuutin päässä kansallispuiston sisäänkäynnistä. Siellä on biljardipöytä, ilmakiekko ja foosball sisällä viihdettä sekä wifi ja kaapeli-tv. Pelaa eräitä hevosjalkineita juuri asennetulla upouusilla hevosenkenkällä ja nauti mukava tulipalo kauniissa tulipaloalueella.
Mökissä on 5 kaunista makuuhuonetta, 3 kylpyhuoneella. On lisäksi pelihuone / kerrossänky, jossa on 6 sarjaa kerrossänkyä. On 5 1/2 kylpyhuonetta yhteensä. Avoimessa ruokailutilassa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja suurelle ryhmälle ja se on loistava paikka isännöidä hauskoja perheillallisia! Myös upouusi pesukone ja kuivausrumpu samoin.
Hallitsemme Blairs Valley Ranchia kadun toisella puolella, joten olemme saatavilla milloin tahansa. Voit ottaa yhteyttä meihin mitä tarvitset.
Naapurustossa on kyse sijainnista Sijainti Sijainti !! A Kings Lodge, olet juurella savuisia vuoria upeat näkymät Cove vuori. Täällä ei ole päällekkäisiä mökejä päällekkäin. Sinä olet ainoa mökki, jolla on yli eekkeri maa pelata pelejä, juosta, heittää jalkapalloa ja on tonnia ulkona hauskaa, kun BBQ. Jos sinulla on pieniä, ei ole korkeita kansia tai muita turvallisuusriskejä. Olet 10 minuutin päässä puiston sisäänkäynnistä Lyonin keväällä 10 min etäisyydellä kyyhkysadalta ja 20 Gatlinburgista. Jos et ole koskaan ollut Wears Valley tai vain ajoi läpi, tule oleskelua, rakastat tätä aluetta. Toivottavasti nähdään pian tulet rakastamaan tätä hämmästyttävää sijaintia siellä, missä ei todellakaan ole monia, joilla on paljon tasainen maa pelata.

Jotkut ovat löytäneet omaisuutemme niin ainutlaatuisilta ja kauniilta, että he ovat päättäneet saada häät A Kings Lodgeissa. Olemme todella lopullinen häät paikka! Näkemykset eivät ole aivan uskomatonta, ja tilaa on täydellinen tapahtuma. Autamme mielellämme löytämään ruokaa, tarvikkeita, valokuvaajaa jne. Meillä on myös teltta ja valaistus. Ota rohkeasti yhteyttä hää-, vastaanotto-, yhtiömiehen, perhejuhlien, syntymäpäiväjuhlien tai muiden tapahtumien järjestämiseen liittyvien yksityiskohtien yksityiskohtiin .... et tule pettymään omaisuuteemme.

Lose the city life and stay here. Open space, animals all around, beautiful views, and pet friendly. Visit the general store for fresh eggs. Make a fire and enjoy family conversations. Disappear and rejuvenate! Short beautiful drives over ranges to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg to hit tourist spots. Or better yet find a hiking trail, river, and waterfall in nature.

Beautiful location and very convenient

We have been traveling to the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area for Thanksgiving each year for the past three years. This year we booked this beautiful property and couldn't have been happier. The location was great, close to the things we wanted to do but away from it all at the same time. The house was beautiful and had tons of room and all the things you would need for a week long stay. The animals over at the ranch were fun for our kids to go and visit, and we had chickens in the yard that came to see us as well. My son and I played football in the huge back yard. The whole place was great. Highly recommended for anyone coming to the area. In fact, we wanted to book it again for next Thanksgiving but it was already taken!

The best wedding stay and venue

I cannot rave about A Kings Lodge or Erin and David enough. We found and booked the Lodge for our destination wedding and it did not disappoint. Erin was super helpful through the planning process and during our entire stay. Our wedding party (and us) loved staying at the lodge and it was more than enough space for all of us. Don’t think twice about booking A Kings Lodge. Just do it. We will be back, that’s for sure.

Amazing family trip

I highly recommend King's Lodge for a family vacation especially if you have children. The property is large with lots of space for the kiddos to run and play including space in the backyard to set up a kickball game. The kids loved the animals and we made multiple visits daily to see the chickens and horses (there may have been tears when we had to say good-bye to some favorite horses). The location was perfect with easy access to the National Park and the ability avoid the craziness of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge (but close enough if you want that). The house was clean and large enough for a large family with 3 generations all on different schedules. We would recommend it for anyone.

Three Generations Huddle in the Lodge

The location of the King's Lodge is ideal for a multi-generational family retreat. The yard surrounding the house is flat, so both the elderly and the babies can walk with fewer accidents. The environment is peaceful with the Smoky mountains looming above the valley and the quiet neighborhood. Blairs Valley Ranch operates across the road from the lodge, and all the children in our family loved seeing the chickens roam freely and hearing an occasional rooster crow. We fed watermelon to the chickens and carrots to the horses. Our family does not gather in vacation venues often, and my experience in reserving lodging facilities is limited. This was my first time using the VRBO listing service. I used a phone number that I found online to communicate with the owner, and I discovered too late that I should have used the VRBO chat platform. We found the space at the lodge to be perfect for our group of 19 ( 3 of our intended group of 22 had conflicts). Though the space was great, we also found the cleanliness in two rooms to be inadequate. The kitchen countertops had not been cleaned, and the carpet in the bunk/game room had not been vacuumed. Roaches scattered every time we opened the left cabinet doors. I reported the roaches, and the owner was surprised, as no other tenant had ever mentioned them. We did have fun reconnecting, but two of us contacted poison ivy from the gazebo. So, be alert.

Very pleasant and low key

Worked very well for our family, 5 couples and 12 kids from age 6-18. The kitchen/dining area was smaller than anticipated but we made do with the children eating outside on picnic tables. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely go back sometime!

Church retreat

A King's Ranch was an awesome place to stay for our youth group trip. The room with the 12 bunk beds was perfect for our guys while the girls enjoyed the rest of the house. Plenty of room for 20 people, and so much room outside to spread out. The place was very clean with all the things we needed for our retreat. I would absolutely recommend place to anyone. It was fantastic and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

We loved our time in The Valley

We loved the amount of flat outdoor space for the kids to run around. Large fire pit. Large bunk room. Picnic tables to eat outside. Hosts were helpful and accommodating and so kind. We did the farm experience and enjoyed watching each child’s smile as they connected with Arrow and tried out the saddle for themselves. Kids loved eating eggs they gathered themselves. We used the hot tub a few times. Kitchen is a little small for such a large party, but well stocked. Lovely property with history and beauty!

Great place for a large group

The house was able to sleep 19 of us !!! Ranging from 1 yrs old to 45 yrs old, we need lots of places to sleep. The house had a great room for all the kids to play and sleep. And plenty of rooms for the adults to get there own room and bathroom. It had a great big back yard for the kids to run and play , while the adults could sit by the fire and socialize . Kitchen had lots of place to sit and eat when the weather would no allow us to be outside . The host was great to deal with and the kids loved to visit his Farm across the street. It was a wonderful place to stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay .

Wonderful stay at A Kings Lodge! The property was perfect for our group of four adults and 14 girls. Beautiful setting with room to run. David, our host was very accessible and answered our questions promptly. He was even kind enough to invite the girls to come see the animals at his ranch across the street. Everything was perfect. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend for groups.

Great Christmas with family
