▪ Maximum occupancy: Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation
▪ Arrival & departure: No early check-in or late check-out without approval at least 24 hours in advance (fees may apply)
▪ Unauthorized Events: No events with outside guests or weddings without approval (fees may apply)
▪ Respectful gatherings only: Birthdays, retreats, and celebrations are welcome, but loud parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or disruptive behavior are not permitted
▪ Commercial film and photography: No commercial or for-profit film or photography without approval (fees may apply)
▪ Intended Use: Use all appliances, furniture, and amenities as intended to avoid damage. Do not rearrange furniture indoors or outdoors.
▪ Pool & hot tub use: The indoor pool and hot tub are provided for your enjoyment, but all use is strictly at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
▪ Maintenance issues: Cleaning and maintenance issues will be personally addressed in real time by our management team and remedied without the possibility of a partial refund unless the issue is not resolvable during your stay.
▪ Rental agreement: Guests must sign a rental agreement before arrival (protects both guests and hosts)
