Security Deposit & Rental Agreement:
To help us keep the cabin in great condition for all guests, a **$400 refundable security deposit** and a **short rental agreement** are required prior to check-in.
The deposit will be fully refunded within **48 hours after checkout**, once the home has been inspected, provided that:
* No damage has occurred
* No items are missing
* No excessive cleaning is required
* House rules have been followed
We understand that small accidents can happen, and we always communicate openly and fairly if anything comes up.
