Kaunis mökki joella. Tämä mökki on avoin ja tilava, ja siinä on 4600 neliömetriä ilmaa. Suuressa huoneessa on 28-holvattu cieling, joka on yhtä majesteettinen kuin pino pino-kivi, puulämmitteinen takka. 60-tuumainen taulutelevisio. Keittiömestarit, joissa on istuinalue, virtaa mahtavaan huoneeseen ja ylimääräiseen oleskelualueeseen, jotta kaikki freindit ja perhe pysyvät lähellä 1/2 kylpyamme. Päätason master-sviitissä on myös pino kivi poreallas ja king-vuode.
Yläkerrassa on bdrm. Kuningas ja parivuode sekä king-vuode makuuparvella ja kylpyamme.
Alakerrassa on 2 makuuhuonetta, joista toisessa on queen-kerrossänky, toinen kuningas, jossa on jack ja jill-kylpyamme.

Kuinka monta tapaa pitää hauskaa?: Talojen sisällä on pelihuone, jossa on pac-man-arcade-peli, 8-asteen biljardipöytä, ilmakiekko, fooseball, kortti- / pelipöytä, stere, fridg. ja suana. ulkopuolella on 7 hengen kylpytynnyri, hevosenkengät, palo kuoppaan ja riittävästi liikkuvaa pihaa jalkapallon pelaamiseen. Jokea pitkin alajuoksuun. siellä on piknik-pöytä ja tulipalo. kevyesti virtaavalla vedellä voit kävellä, tarttua putkeen ja uida sitä, kala taimenen, pikkupuun, punasilmäisyyden tai muiden kalojen kohdalla ulos takaovesta tai vain istua ja nauttia. Ok i dont like leaving bad reviews and this is not a bad review but an honest review. I book this property last minute due to a mix up with another rental (my fault) and after biking the owner/manager responded right away and asked a question. I replied right away and asked a question myself. No response. I then sent a message about mice dropping on the kitchen counters, no message. The property is awesome, a little worn out and needs a few repairs and updated, but it my family had an amazing time and we really enjoyed the property. Just realize that it is a little worn and could use a really good deep cleaning. I would rent this property again when traveling in the area.

Not at all an 8.8 rated property which is what Vrbo has it rated.

It is is need of several repairs. Maintenance is none existent. And not clean even to the point of rat poop on the bed and bedding. So far Vrbo hasn’t even been able to contact host. And I do not take leaving bad reviews lightly this is the only one I’ve ever written negative about any stay. But I will say I have proof to back up my experience.

Great location, property needs some work

17 of us, plenty of room. Location is 15 min from everything. Stream was great for kids. Movie room great for kids. Owner replaced bad TVs and grill before our stay. That being said, there are some things to fix. The owner is not local so she is relying on a maintenance to have the place maintained. They should be fired. Issues had been reported in previous reviews but not fixed. When we first arrived, there were wasp nests in several places outside along the deck. The place was sort of clean, various scratches and rotten boards on the floor. The yard was overgrown. The fridge in the kitchen turned off when we had a bag of ice in the freezer that started to melt. We cycled power and the freezer froze again but not before it leaked into the bathroom below. (this was mentioned in 2023) The cracked stove was mentioned in December 2022 and the owner said they just haven’t been able to find a replacement. Several items are run down in general. The sofa, the main bathroom jetted tub, the baby gates, the beds (mattresses seem a bit thin and worn), the pool table, and the kitchen floor were all in a state of disrepair and reported previously. The sauna was a selling point for us, but it has not been available since what looks like July 2023. The owner stated they were having issues finding a door for it. The hot tub was in working order but is not private. Overall, we had a lovely time. Owner said she will get maintenance to fix those issues mentioned.

Family vacation

This house was the perfect size for our family of 13. There were a few small things that could have made this cabin a 10/10. For instance: -there were quite a few lightbulbs out and no replacements in the house. -the gate on the stairs was broken, so watching the toddler was a must. -the stovetop was cracked, so you have to be careful if you are cooking in the cabin. The address also takes you to the house across the street, so you have to make sure you know what the house looks like. The cabin was away from the main strip, which is a huge plus in our book. It was nice to not be in traffic all the time and enjoy being all together in the house. Overall, 7/10. Planning on booking again!

Family vacation

Our family of 17 had our first family vacation & We had enough space for everyone!!, however there's so many issues with the property I would not refer anyone to this cabin. Top level shower leaked to the main level, projector was broken, not 1 comfortable bed, hot tub was broken, jets in the master tub did not work, stove top has a crack on it, some of the electrical outlets were hanging out of the wall, the ski-ball table & foosball table were great, but the pool table is broken, the heating element in the dryer is going out, so we had to start it back up multiple times to get them dry. We made the most of our stay, but for our family, unless things get fixed, we will not rent here again. m

Return trip did not disappoint

This is our second time renting this property for our group traveling to a women's conference in Pigeon Forge. This is a beautiful place with a great proximity to the conference meeting place. The cabin is roomy and well kept. Our only complaint was a squeaky fan in the living room that we just turned off. Thank you for a great place to stay at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend this place.

Great Place!

We were all greatly impressed by this house! Very spacious and very clean. As a family of 10 adults and 2 children, we had no problem getting around each other. Every one had their own room and beds. The property was beautiful. Hot tub was great. Minor problem was no light where the washer and dryer was located.

Family Vacation

We stayed at this location for our family vacation. We got a message the day of check in letting us know the cabin was ready. This cabin was beyond perfect. It was spacious with two bedrooms downstairs one on main and two upstairs. The river is just out the door down the hill. You do have cross one non busy road to get to the creek but it wasn’t far. The house had tubes and even a wagon for use. The hot tub was great and right out the bottom level from the pool table theatre and game room. Plenty of restrooms and showers. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The house location was awesome with a dollar general right down the road (5min) and Tanger outlets (10-15min). Look forward to staying here again.

Long Family Vacation

Our stay itself was great but, the house definitely needs some TLC. We never felt that we needed to wash everything before using but here we definitely had too. I actually took some pics of things. Many things need to be replaced from very dirty carpet, cracked flattop stove, coffee pot ( pot did not fit we had to buy a new one which we brought game with us), pots & pans should all be thrown out, I could go on… overall it is a great place and I would probably stay there again but know of things I would take along

Was hoping for more

This was our annual Youth Staff Retreat. We had look d at many properties before choosing this location. Upon arrival we were informed that the was a problem with the water. This was understandable and we waited for the plumber to fix the problem. After getting the water back on we expected the problem to be fixed but we were wrong the entire weekend was spent dealing with no water and fifteen people try to use the bathroom. We had to go out and buy gallons of water to flush toilets and many were unable to shower. Also the house was dated and looked as if it had not been cleaned in awhile. Getting in touch with the property manager was very difficult. I understand there were underlying circumstances but we should have been given some type of refund for all the money we had to spend to make our trip comfortable. Obviously we will not be going back to this property!

Red Bank Circle

Needs a lot of TLC. With a deep cleaning.Appliance upgrade water an ice in side by side frig in kitchen does not work. Frig downstairs did not work freezer section did work. Needs outside shurbs maintained. It was convient to Dollywood.We did enjoy our stay. With a little upgrade it would be fabulous place for a large family to stay an enjoy the area.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our vacation. The house was really nice and comfy for us. the kids enjoyed the slide and walks to the river and just playing in the yard. The adults enjoyed the hot tub. Quick response on questions we had.

Overall Happy

We never spend a lot of time at the cabin when visiting TN so for what we needed, a warm cozy clean place to rest our heads, we were very pleased. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is: the projector screen downstairs projected to the ceiling and I wasn’t comfortable messing with it, the pool table is in desperate need of repairs and the hot tub could use a cleaning. We didn’t plan to cook at the cabin so we didn’t use any of the kitchen appliances. Everyone seemed to get a good nights rest and that’s what we needed. Also, Randy was very easy to communicate with.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed the cabin plenty of room but the pool table needs work as the pool sticks there was several things that needs a lot of TLC but it was nice

Great Cabin

Had our family reunion here this past weekend. Lots of space. Great location. Nice outdoor space with large yard and river access. Was nice for the kids in our group to have the green space to run around and play safely!

Great stay

We stayed at this property July 1-8. We had 7 adults, 2 teens, and three kids 3-7 and a dog. The location is great. Very close to Dollywood, jayell ranch and Rocky top mountain coaster. Negatives were very squeaky floors, mattresses were old and wore out, couch needs replacing on main floor, no air hockey, couldn’t get movies to play in theatre, sauna was being used for storage, my husband had to change out their air filters, their was no power to half of the basement when we arrived. Positives were they were quick to fix the power issue and the house is very spacious! It is a wonderful location and a wonderful house. I would stay here again in the future but would love to see it maintained a little better. The owners were nice and easy to deal with. We were able to walk across the street and have access to the river. Great area for small kids to play in. They have horseshoes in the yard, a fire pit, hot tub, slide. And in the basement is a pool table, shuffleboard, ms. Pac-Man, foosball and a fridge that doesn’t work but the freezer does. There is also a very large bedroom next to the theatre room with a Queen bunk room that is not pictured. This is an absolutely beautiful place. It did need a little love but we made great memories here and will be back.

Nice but needs maintenance

The cabin was great. The layout was perfect for 3 families. The kitchen was well stocked for dishes, pots n pans, and baking supplies. Needed cleaned better. Also the cabin needs some maintenance. A lot of light bulbs burned out. I was worried that the cabin was in a residential area, but it was very quiet. Loved sitting on the deck listening to the creek and some roosters in the morning.

Beautiful Cabin

The property host was very nice and responded quickly when needed. We loved the cabin and it was beautiful. Lots of room for family. Close to shopping but still far enough away from town. Lots of just sitting back on deck and enjoying the moment. The kids love the river for playing and floating in. If this property was for sale I think we would buy it and move here. We would recommend this vacation spot for anyone with a big family.
