This new modern-rustic 2 bedroom (King and Queen) 2 bath ensuite mountain retreat is an amazing place to spend your Smoky Mountain getaway! Relax by the (2) electric fireplaces or in the private hot tub while taking in the serene mountain landscape.

A great option for couples or a family of up to 6.

Bear’s Bluff features a paved driveway to accommodate 2 vehicles + an additional 1 vehicle overflow parking area across the street (flat level streetside parking). Accessible via all vehicles.

Upon entering using your personalized door access code, you’ll enter the downstairs family/game room featuring a flat screen television, electric fireplace w/ heater, foosball table, dart board, board games, a full-size living space, washer/dryer closet and a lower-level ensuite bedroom/bathroom with tub/shower combo. Queen bed with luxury memory foam mattress sleeps 2 with 55" flat screen tv in the bedroom. Access to the lower deck via the game room and lower level Queen bedroom.

Take the stairs to the main floor and take in the aww inspiring cathedral ceilings and expansive windows that frame the forest views. The upper-level includes a professionally decorated family room, electric fireplace w/ heater, flat screen tv, an open dining area for 6, fully stocked kitchen, and a master bedroom/bathroom ensuite with custom walk-in shower. The master suite sleeps 2 on a King size bed with a luxury memory foam mattress with a 55" flat screen television for in-room entertainment. All linens are provided.

Choose where to sip your morning coffee from one of the 3 covered exterior decks. You’ll find outdoor furniture on each deck and a private hot tub up top! Outdoor dining table and chairs on the upper deck as well. Grab your glass of wine or hot cocoa and enjoy the serene escape to the Great Smoky Mountains Ntional Forest!

Guests have full access to the entire cabin with a custom generated access code to ensure safety. Come, relax and enjoy!

Other things to note:

Our cabin is desired by many, and they love the location! We’re tucked away in the Sky Harbor Resort, which is found just off of the Spur Parkway, positioned perfectly on the mountain between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Less than 8 miles to the heart of both locations. There will be elevation changes throughout the resort, but Bear’s Bluff is easily accessible with all vehicle types via paved & maintained roads. The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is home to an abundance of wildlife. Please drive slowly and adhere to traffic laws while in the resort. Come make some memories at Bear’s Bluff!

Cleanliness and Safety:

We refresh and clean our hot tub between every guest for your safety and sanitation. Upon initial arrival, the hot tub may not be to a comfortable temp due to this process. If you plan to use the hot tub adjust the temperature settings to your preference when you arrive and allow time for it to acclimate.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

- Wi-Fi /Roku Television: Cabin is equipped with high speed internet (1000Mbps) and 4 Roku TV's, log in to your personal accounts for Netflix, Amazon, etc. just like at home. We also have digital cable for local channels and more.

- Coffee: We have a Keurig K-cup brewing system and a standard coffee pot. We provide mugs. You may need to bring your favorite coffee flavors, creamer and sugar if you have a specific preference.

- We provide hand soap, trash bags, dishwasher soap, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bring your own if you have a preferred scent.
