- Bedroom 3 to the right of the wet bar features a king size bed, additional twin XL trundle bed, ceiling fan, large ensuite bathroom, and private outdoor balcony. Ensuite bath includes a double vanity, walk in shower, and waterfall shower head.
- Bedroom 4 located to the left of the movie theater room features a king size bed, ceiling fan, walk in closet, and large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower
- Bedroom 5 features a twin XL size daybed with ensuite bathroom featuring walk in shower and sink with custom live edge counter top. This is an interior room with no windows, great for littles!

Additionally, we reserve the right to pursue legal action against any guests in violation of this rule to the fullest extent of the law.

SECURITY CAMERA DISCLAIMER: There are security cameras located on the exterior of the home only at the front door and on the back deck facing the glass door. Cameras record audio and visual. Cameras may be recording audio/visual at any time. Security cameras are located ONLY on the exterior of the home.

Mountain Road Disclaimer: If you're unfamiliar with mountain roads, almost all mountain roads off the main city streets/parkway can at times be narrow, steep, and unlit. We always recommend taking your time on these roads and driving a vehicle you are comfortable with. A vehicle with 4WD is always a great option. There's no rush to get anywhere on mountain time!

RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A security deposit is required for this home. This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $1000 hold only. The only way any amount would be charged to the card on file would be if we provide details of damaged items, excessively dirty items or areas of the home, etc. This hold is released automatically 3 days following check out.
