Welcome to our exquisite 4-bedroom, 3-bath cabin in the beautiful foothills of the Smoky Mountains. This new home was built in 2023 with high-end finishes. Nestled in seclusion, it offers a heated indoor pool, hot tub, theater room, fire pit, game room, and a bunk room for the kids. Perfect for a big family getaway, we have a large fully-equipped kitchen and ample space for family relaxation and bonding. The cabin is just a short drive from all of the fun and excitement of Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Smoky Mountain National Park.

GETTING AROUND
Your secluded cabin is accessed by an easy 0.6 mile gravel mountain road, followed by a newly paved 0.1 mile driveway that is curvy and steep in places, and leads to your beautiful mountain oasis. Four Wheel Drive is highly recommended during the winter months, and as long as your tires are in good condition, unnecessary the rest of the year.

GUEST ACCESS
- The entire property is yours to enjoy.
- There are three paved parking spots available for use.
- A code for the front door will be provided to you 24 hours before check in and will be activated at 4:00PM on your day of arrival.
- You will need to climb one short set of stairs to get to the property entrance.

- QUIET HOURS are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- The TVs are Roku Smart TVs. Bring your own Passwords for streaming services for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, YouTubeTV, etc.
- We provide a starter set of toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, dish soap, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bar of soap, hand soap, trash bags, pool towels, bath towels, and linens. For longer stays, you will need to bring additional supplies. We do not supply firewood, charcoal, or coffee.
- A local trash company removes trash from the bear box every Monday and Friday.
- The pool is heated to a lukewarm 84°F and the pool room is heated to 86°F. We take pool cleaning seriously. Please note that there may be pool maintenance/cleaning during your stay. If this occurs it will be communicated to you ahead of time.
-The pool is located in its own room behind a locked door that needs a code before you can enter. There is also an alarm on the door for added security.
- The cabin is in the woods, and you will likely see and hear critters, bears, or raccoons. Bears are especially common during Spring and Summer. Do not leave food outside, and keep all trash in the caged trash receptacles. Please do not get close to or interact with the wildlife. Do not keep food in your car and keep your car doors locked.
- We maintain the property with monthly pest control. However, if doors are left open, or food is left outside the house, this can attract critters or bears.
-The hot tub water is drained and refilled after every guest. It takes a while for the water to heat up to desired temperatures and may not yet be at the proper temperature at check in.
- We ask that guests tell hosts about any maintenance or other issues with the cabin during their stay.
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for storms, natural disasters, or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and no heat. This is rare, but if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and nonperishable food, etc.
-There is an external camera in the front of the cabin facing the driveway for your protection and security. If you unplug, touch, or tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
-Please refrain from sending packages to the cabin during your stay, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered items. Deliveries from services like Instacart and Uber Eats are welcome and encouraged for your convenience. Walmart does not deliver to the cabin.
-Check-in details will be sent via messenger by 6pm, three days before arrival.

My husband and I love to travel and spend time with friends and family. We absolutely love spending time in our Smoky Mountain Cabin with our three children, and we hope that you enjoy it as much as us.
This is our ONLY short term rental property, so we know the house well and put special care into making your vacation an amazing one!
