It is surrounded by nature and includes peaceful wooded views. It includes 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and all of the amenities you need to enjoy your stay!

It is centrally located in a quiet cabin community and is the perfect space for a family or group of friends to relax and enjoy the Smokies!

* THE CABIN:
This classic mountain cabin is the perfect home away from home! The spacious living room includes plenty of comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a table that seats six. The cabin has three bedrooms, all with comfortable beds, and plenty of storage space. The main level master bedroom has a King-sized bed and an in-room jacuzzi tub.

The game room downstairs includes a new Smart TV, pool table, arcade games, and access to the peaceful back deck.

Outside, you`ll love spending time on the multiple decks enjoying the fresh mountain air and peaceful views. The decks have plenty of seating and are a perfect spot to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. The upper deck has the bubbling hot tub, along with an outdoor pub table. The lower level deck has additional seating. Both decks have private wooded views.

Fully equipped kitchen location on the main level. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for making any type of meals throughout your stay! The cabin includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a table that seats six.

Parking for 2-3 vehicles. Small RV could also be accommodated.
The driveway is steep. 4WD is strongly recommended during winter months or inclement weather.

Guests can access the entire cabin with the exception of the owner`s closet.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a strict no-pet policy.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for cabins in the area)

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the deck, and in the hot tub. Smoking is permitted in the parking area.

*There is a strict no-pet policy.

Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
