    Sleeping Arrangements

    The Evening Primrose comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it perfect for multiple couples or families traveling together.

    Main Level: Two spacious king-sized bedrooms. Master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy and convenience.

    Lower Level: A third king suite plus a cozy bunk room featuring twin bunk beds—ideal for kids or additional guests.

    The bunk room and third king bedroom share a roomy Jack and Jill bathroom, complete with both a tub and shower.

    A little insider tip: The kids may never want to leave once they discover the games room, packed with fun and just steps away from their comfy bunk beds!



    Your Safety & Our Commitment

    Security: For your peace of mind, a video camera is installed outside the property facing the driveway (recording 24/7). Your privacy is our priority—no indoor cameras are present.

    Host Support: We respect your privacy but are here when you need us! Reach out daily from 9am–8pm EST via the booking platform for assistance.

    Early check-in requests are welcome—we’ll do our best to accommodate!



    Guest Requirements:

    Minimum age: 25 years old



    Post-booking steps: Quick ID verification, signed rental agreement, and a $500 security hold (processed securely via OwnerRez 2 days pre-arrival, released 5 days post-departure if no damages occur).



    What We Provide:

    Starter essentials: Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, dish pods, and laundry detergent.

    Tip: Bring extra supplies for longer stays.



    Policies to Note:

    Smoking: Strictly prohibited (indoors and decks). $500 fee if violated.

    Pets: Not allowed due to severe allergies. $250 minimum charge for violations.



    Guests: Max 12 occupants. Additional guests: $100/night per person.

    No parties/events.



    Pool Safety:

    Code-access only | 3ft depth | 83°F temperature

    Supervision required for under 18s | No diving



    Cabin Essentials:

    BBQ: Please clean after use.

    Wi-Fi: High-speed, but occasional mountain-related disruptions (we’ll help fix promptly!).

    Parking: Free and paved—AWD recommended in rare icy conditions.

    Off-limits: Theater room owner’s closet.

    Travel Tips:

    Construction nearby: New homes are being added to our peaceful neighborhood.

    Pest control: Professionally treated, but always close doors—we’re in nature’s backyard!

    Insurance: Highly recommended for weather/natural events beyond our control.

Beautiful Cabin with a Beautiful View

My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin. We had several meals on the outside deck so we could enjoy the outdoors and amazing views. We thoroughly enjoyed the game room, especially the shuffle board table! The kitchen and den area were beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Would definitely return to this amazing place!

Tucked Away with Stunning Views

The house was beautiful and tucked away with stunning views of the mountains. We loved having the lower level for the kids to blow off steam and play, family time in the pool, plenty of extras for laundry, dish soap, trash bags, spices, and plenty of towels. The neighborhood is quiet and still close enough to get to everything. The WiFi was fast too, couldn’t have been more pleased with staying here. The hosts were very attentive and reached out regularly during our stay to inquire about our comfort and the home guide was very detailed about the house, safety, and local attractions. If we come back to the area, we’ll definitely stay here again ❤️

Didnt want to leave the game

We had a great time at Evening Primrose. Erika was very responsive. We want to come back. We barely ever wanted to leave the cabin and we are normally people who love to go to different places in pigeon forge to have fun but the cabin was so relaxing and everything was spaced where it needed to be. As long as you order groceries, it is like you have everything you need. Even when it rained it was enjoyable because you could sit on the covered patio and hearing nature sounds and not worry about getting wet. Same for the placement of the hotel. Theater room was great as well for cozy family movie nights.

We came for a couples long weekend and had such a nice time. The cabin was immaculately clean and well taken care of. It was just as advertised with gorgeous views of the Smokies from the rooms, decks, hot tub and fireplace area. Erica and Jay checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and answer any questions. It was an awesome experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for couples or families with kids.

Great Place Beautiful area

Our stay was great, we had a wonderful time with our family! The location was also very centralized to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay at this cabin again! Owners were very responsive and friendly.

Sevierville Mountain Weekend

We had a great time at Evening Primrose. The house is all that it was described to be, very comfortable and spacious. Fairly close to Pigeon Forge, with its activities and restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet in the morning and "pitch black" at night. We had one small issue to which Erica immediately responded. Very attentive throughout our 4 night stay. Thank you for a wonderful friends/family vacation!

Highly recommend this spacious and perfectly located property. My family had an absolute blast. The host was very informative and responsive. The views were spectacular, especially from the covered patio with the fireplace going. My kids loved the swimming pool, hot tub, and movie theater, while my wife mastered her barista skills at the coffee bar. This truly was a 5-star experience.

Beautiful view and great amenities!

The house was stocked with everything you could need while enjoying your stay. It was very warm and inviting. The game room was a bit and the hot tub was a huge plus! We also loved the coffee bar. The view from the deck is beautiful and would recommend! The hosts were also great and very responsive. Thanks!

Great Smoky Mountain Find

We had an amazing time during our stay. The owners were very attentive and made sure our stay was 5 stars! We stayed with another family and the house was perfect for 5 kids and 4 adults. Location was spot on as well, close to all Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg activities. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the amazing trip.

We had such a great stay! The cabin was perfect for our family of six — super family-friendly, clean, and cozy with amazing mountain views. The kids couldn’t get enough of the indoor pool, and the hot tub was a huge hit for winding down in the evenings. The Wi-Fi was strong (a big plus when traveling with kids!), and the endless supply of coffee kept the parents running strong all week. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The evening primrose stay

This cabin has a beautiful view. The kids really enjoy the pool and game area. It's 15 minutes away from The Island in Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed our stay.
