Location/View 9/10Bedding 10/10Seclusion 10/10(very private)Access 7/10(we had difficulty operating the keypad in the dark, the owner responded immediately with help but should replace with a newer keypad that is illuminated for night access)Hot Tub 7/10(had a leak that we had to fill almost daily to prevent it from running with no water in it)Parking 10/10Cleaning Supplies 4/10 (left us with just one roll of paper towels and NO counter top cleaner. It was frustrating that we couldn’t keep the place tidy during our stay due to the lack of cleaning products provided)Amenities 6/10(pool table was missing a ball, Sauna had a broken handle which made opening it quite difficult)Towels for Hot Tub 3/10(the rental can sleep up to 10 people per VRBO listing but only 5 towels were provided for our stay. The photos were accurate. The place was very clean, with good location to all main attractions and there was great communication with the hosts. We found an easy path behind the cabin to walk the dogs and to get to a more remote location.

We had a wonderful time celebrating a 50th birthday and Thanksgiving at Hugging Cubs Hideway. The house was homey and comfortable for 8 adults and our 3 dogs. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Easy access to terrific restaurants and Smoky Mountain National Park. The owners are very helpful and responsive. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Hugging Cubs Hideaway. We enjoyed the mountain views in the distance while surrounded in the lush wooded surroundings. The cabin was tidy and fully prepared for guests. Located just 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge, it offered unbeatable convenience. My mother-in-law has mobility challenges, and the covered carport plus a single step into the cabin made it exceptionally accessible for her. We also loved the game room in the basement. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed with our family of 5. It was perfect with room to spare! The location was close to town but you still felt like you were nestled in on a quiet cabin with peaceful mountain views. We loved the hot tub and game room downstairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Friends Trip

We had a friends trip which included 9 of us all together. We all loved the house and everything they had inside for entertainment. The house is far enough off the strip to be nice and quiet but close enough for a short car ride to go do the attractions. Overall a great experience.

Amazing

Our favorite time was the time spent at the cabin. The host has everything labeled so it is extremely easy to find whatever it is you're looking for. As well as complimentary snacks that our kids enjoyed, playing cards etc. The check out process was so simple & a breeze compared to other stays; there is always an extreme list that makes it hard to enjoy your last morning. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at HCH cabin. Great space, smelled wonderful everything was clean and in working order. Landlord was easy to get ahold of and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend staying here.
