⁕ Damage Deposit: A $300 damage deposit is required at booking to cover any damages or excessive cleaning needs.
⁕ Your Own Pool: Your booking does not include resort amenities — but you won't need them. You have your very own private pool!
⁕ Pool Servicing: A pool technician may occasionally need access to service the pool during your stay.
⁕ No Cable TV: All TVs are Roku-enabled — just bring your streaming passwords!
⁕ Winter Travel: 4WD/AWD vehicles are highly recommended during winter months.
