Great for hiking, boating, and fishing too. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, so you can really unwind after a full day of exploring East Tennessee.
Getting Around:
A car is highly recommended to get around and enjoy the area. There’s on-site parking for up to 4 vehicles. Roads in the Smokies can be steep and winding, so just take it easy, especially at night or in bad weather. If you're visiting in winter, 4WD is a good idea. Spots like downtown Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Douglas Lake are all an easy drive away.
