Great location: Less than a mile from the spur (Parkway). Conveniently centered in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. 10 mins from Dollywood.
Quiet small lake with catch and release fish and resident ducks.

All on 1 level making it great for all ages! Driveway and the walk to the firepit is sloped, but from car to door is only 3-4 stairs.

Listed as 6 bedrooms but 3 are bunk rooms for the kids. So the setup is for 6 adults (3 couples) and 6 younger kids max.

Wonderfully stocked with amenities to include 2 ovens for large meals.
With over 2100 sqft, this cabin is roomier than most. There are 3 ensuite masters and each has a private bunk room for the kiddos. Please note that 4 of the 6 bunks are made for younger children.

Private driveway parking will handle multiple vehicles. (If bringing more than 3 vehicles some swapping may be required.)

We will be available by phone, text, messaging for quick response to answer any of your questions in during your stay!

Lake/pond can be used for fishing or water activities. Area is quiet. Homes are spread out and hills/trees help give a secluded feeling.

Road around the lake/pond is one-way. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are only 3 miles away each! Dollywood is only 7 miles away.

We loved everything about our stay. The house was clean and cozy. It was the perfect layout for 2 families with kids of all ages. We enjoyed exploring around the property, talking around the fire pit and sharing Thanksgiving. The kitchen was perfect for multiple people trying to cook a meal. We cannot say enough good things about our stay.

The home was amazing & beautiful. So much space & so comfy. So many extras in the home for the guests. We only had a one year old child with us but it was great with the kid rooms/bunks. This property is a GEM. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. My three siblings and I (in our 40's) stayed with our mom to celebrate her 70th birthday. We were all very comfortable and SO enjoyed the common spaces to wine and dine and enjoy each other's company (especially around the fire pit!). The pictures do not do this property justice. I usually stay in 5-star properties when traveling abroad (perks of the credit cards), and I was VERY comfortable here. Chad was an excellent and communicative host. We were so grateful that he shared his lovely property with us for our special occasion.

What an amazing house! Very clean and spacious, as well as close to so many fun activities. The kids especially enjoyed the pond for the ducks, fishing, and walking around to observe the wildlife. The host is easily accessible with quick responses. The house truly felt like you are on vacation and not just “living in someone else’s house”. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Excellent long weekend!

The property was very well kept and very cozy. We liked the layout of the spacious bedrooms and the connected bunk rooms. Each had their own bathrooms too. The location was right in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The view of the lake was nice too. Definitely recommend!

LOCATION IS KEY!!

I booked this place due to how cute it was decorated and location for Christmas. 3 families stayed ranging from two under 2 years old and 2 kids about 7-8 years old. 7 adults. There was room for everyone. The layout of this place is perfect for big families. The cabin is in a great location where it’s in the middle between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. We were close to everything and with us having small children we had to plan accordingly. Kitchen was fully stocked!! We made Xmas cookies and had everything you needed AND MORE!! LOVED LOVED the cocoa and coffee bar. Things are labeled and very organized. The fire place works wonderfully. GREAT communication from the owners. The place is super clean and I would highly recommend this to ANYONE. We may end up rebooking the same spot for next year! For the fisherman’s, my husband did drown some worms a few days in the pond and caught some small fish. Nothing crazy but was overall very enjoyable.

Cabin was very well kept and pleasant to stay at. There were ample supplies provided by the owner for us to enjoy our stay. The driveway was difficult to navigate on the first day and a challenge to come and go, but otherwise the cabin was great to stay at!

Didn’t want to leave!

I wish I could give this property 10 stars. Perfect location!! A few miles in one direction to all things Pigeon Forge/Dollywood and just a few miles in other direction for the beautiful Smokies. The house had a beautiful view of a small lake and our grandsons fed the ducks daily. House perfect for family. Host was great when we had a question. Will return!!!

Invasion of the HERBs (Hoffman, Edwards, Ramsdell & Boone Families)

The Property was Beautiful! Our family trip was a multi-generational one. From my oldest sister (72yrs old), my husband and I(70/62), my two daughters and their husbands (30-34) and three Grandkids, (15,13,& 9). It was a time for us to bond as family while enjoying many of the exciting attractions of Tenneessee and the Great Smokey Mountains. While we had a busy schedule, I must say, I have never stayed somewhere that was so beautiful and inviting, and felt like the perfect home away from home. Our Children enjoyed there bedrooms, and our Grands loved the bunks. Even my sister enjoyed her little full day bed. The Living dining, and kitchen areas were perfect for an evening in eating Pizza and playing games. This was my first time renting a cabin, and I must say our host "Chad" was exceptionally informative. He and his wife had carefully thought out and planned every detail, from beautiful beding to lush bath towels, to every imaginable thing you could think of needing in a fully functional Kitchen. The outdoor areas around the Cabin where so relaxing and beautiful, especially overlooking the pond in the mornings. The driveway was steep. We had four Rav4 size cars, and managed to park them all in the drive, and had no problems manuveraing in and out... (And we never hit the wall, no not one time...LOL) Also with 10 people, we had plenty hot water for all of our showers ! The AC worked Great too! Thank you, Stella Ramsdell

Great house layout for families

We loved the bunk rooms off of each bedroom. The living, dining and kitchen areas were spacious and comfortable. We experienced difficulty regulating the temperature, but our host was extremely responsive to our request for help. He went over and beyond our expectations to make sure we were comfortable. The parking was a little tricky but manageable for a truck, SUV and minivan. The house was in a great location to access Dollywood which was our main reason for visiting.

Family vacation

Overall, the house was Great. Very clean. Great location between Gatlinburg and pigeon Ford easy to get to, drive-way a little steep but manageable. Our grandkids did fish a little, only caught tiny fish. The three larger beds were very, very comfortable. The bunkbeds were small in size, but the kids managed.. Internet service and phone service was very weak. if we were in the area again, we would definitely stay here. We had great communication with the owners. They were very prompt to answer all of our questions.

Excellent property and perfectly located!!

This is a great property that is pretty much right in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, making trips to either super convenient. The house itself was very well set up for our two families vacationing here, totalling 5 adults, and 4 kids ranging from 11 to 17 years old. Amenities were adequate and we had plenty of comforts included in terms of coffee mugs, pots, pans, plates, etc. if you want to cook while staying here, including a gas grill. We enjoyed our walks around the lake, feeding the ducks, and sitting outside in the patio areas. I highly recommend the property and the seller, who was superb with all communication from Day 1.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location

Let me start by saying our family has vacationed in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge for the past 7-8 years. We've always stayed in the log cabin rentals. This year we really wanted something different. This cabin was beautifully decorated and by far the best equipped cabin we've ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook any meal. I usually pack my air fryer and travel keurig but they had both! They also had many spices to use. The coffee bar was well stocked. They even had extra toilet paper, which many cabins do not provide. The cabin had tons of games to enjoy, we LOVED Apples to Apples. The pond is very close to the home. My husband and children (15, 11 & 10) fished daily and had a wonderful time. My daughter especially loved the ducks. My 70 yr old mother was with us as well and she agreed it was one of the most beautiful cabins we've been in. The location couldn't have been better. It felt very secluded but we could be on the parkway within minutes. Chad was always quick to respond to any concerns. There were beds for at least 12 people. The firepit area is very nice with comfortable chairs to spend the evening looking out at the pond. The only downside we saw was that the bunk rooms are all attached to the bigger bed rooms, meaning our kids did stay in our rooms. It was a very lovely stay all around and I would highly recommend.

Kids loved fishing

House was perfect for 3 families with children. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. We loved the fact that staples,(toilet paper, paper towels, etc were supplied. The fire pit and patio were nice. Got to see a mama bear and 3 cubs. We would come again for a famiky vacation.

Best Equipped Kitchen

Everyone was complimenting me on my great find. Plenty of room, well appointed bedrooms for our needs of 10 people. Kids loved the bunk beds and the 13 yo girl loved being in her own space. That was the most well equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a rental right down to the griddle and two ovens. Driveway can be a little tricky but we all managed to maneuver without hitting anything. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go which was Dollywood, Splash Country and The great Smoky National Park. If we are ever in the area again with that large of a group we will definitely stay again. Thanks

Amazing

Beautiful ranch home. Close to everything in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Beautiful views. Nice pond to walk around, with beautiful wildlife. Enough room to give each other some space as needed. Would stay with this property manager again.
