- When it is 80-90+ degrees outside, the pool heater is NOT on. When it is heated, the pool stays between 78-85 degrees.
- There is a camera by the pool for liability reasons ONLY. We do not actively watch it and only review it when there is an incident,
- The pool is CLOSED from November 1st - March 1st
- There are 2 gas fireplaces, both are off limits from May 1st - September 1st.
