This level also boasts a foosball table and a convenient kitchenette for snacks and drinks in between games. On the lower-level back porch, a hot tub awaits for relaxing soaks, along with a propane fire pit that creates a cozy atmosphere for evening conversations. What truly sets Timber & Stone apart is its access to the incredible amenities inside the Smith Creek Reserve community. You can enjoy access to the spectacular Rambling River Waterpark. Kids will love the splash pad and shallow water play areas, while adults can relax around the lounge spaces and fire pits. Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
