A separate game room that has a classic arcade video game that has 60 games, a foosball table and a 65inch smart TV. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a large family meal and also a stocked keurig. USB chargers are provided in each room for your convenience and a washer/dryer with complimentary pods. Outside there is a large 26inch weber charcoal grill.
The Ranch sits in Wears Valley close to the entrance of the Smokey Mountain National Park, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. You are surrounded by wineries, distilleries and every family activity you can imagine, all within 30 minutes of the Ranch.
The living room is a comfy family room with a gas fireplace and a 65inch TV. The house is serviced by Xfinity Wifi with speeds up to 500mb and up to 11 devices.
With total privacy on 1.5 Acres, sit on the porch rockers, drink your morning coffee looking at 4139ft Cove Mountain and listen to the running brook next to the property.
