★ Ladybug Season ★
Ladybugs tend to be more active during this time of year and may make their way indoors. While we are taking steps to minimize their presence, they are a natural part of the Smoky Mountain ecosystem. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

★ Construction Next Door ★
Although there is construction next door, it takes place during designated hours to minimize disruption. Complimentary earplugs are available, and sound machines are provided for additional comfort.

★ House Rules ★
- Pet-Friendly: Maximum of 2 dogs with a $300 pet fee. Please include your pet at booking and clean up after them.
- Bears & Wildlife: Help prevent wildlife encounters by keeping trash inside and car windows closed.
- Winter Weather Advisory: Winter weather in the mountains can be pretty unpredictable. We highly recommend bringing an all-wheel-drive vehicle and trying to get here before dark for a safer and easier trip.
- No Shoes Indoors: Help us keep our floors and rugs in top condition by removing shoes at the door.
- No Smoking Inside: Smoking indoors is prohibited, and fees apply for any odor removal or cleaning needed.
- No Parties or Events: Please respect our cabin as your own, keeping it enjoyable for everyone.
- Hot Tub: Fully cleaned and disinfected after each stay. Please put the hot tub cover and strap back on after use.
- Fire Pit: Please turn off gas after each use.
- Check-in/Check-out: We kindly ask all guests to follow our standard check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out may occasionally be accommodated with prior approval. Any late check-out without approval will incur a fee of $50 for every 30 minutes past the designated time.
