Our week stay in Sevilla
The apartment and our host were wonderful. We chose to stay just outside of the historic city center to avoid navigating the narrow streets with our car and difficult parking options. We were able to visit the entire historic city area (very large) walking the many streets while enjoying all the historic sites, shopping and wonderful cuisine. The apartment was fully appointed, comfortable, private parking and conveniently located to all historic city center has to offer. Clearly a great lodging choice to enhance our adventure in Sevilla thanks to our host didier.

Clean, comfortable, great location
We enjoyed our time in this apartment, and we walked to all of the sites throughout the city. The property owner, Didier, met us at the property and gave us an orientation to the city. Communication was easy before and during the stay. Having a kitchen and a grocery within the same block was great, and the use of the clothes washing machine. Would recommend.

4-day stay in Sevilla
This third-floor apartment in a quiet residential building has 1-br, 1.5ba with kitchen, full size fridge, stove, clothes washing machine, and balcony. Accessible by stairs or elevator has an underground garage for car (added fee). Located at northern edge of old town was an easy walk into the old town (Cathedral, alcazar, Plaza de Espana, and more). Apartment and linens were very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, flatware, glasses, and some spices. AC worked wonderfully and the marble floors helped to keep apartment cool. Owner was extremely helpful providing routes for walking to old town, things to do, and nearby markets and restaurants. We are already thinking of returning to stay in same apartment.

Ruhige Wohnung an guter Lage
Die Wohnung liegt nahe der Altstadt, dennoch lässt sich diese gut zu Fuss erkunden. Im Viertel gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, einzukaufen, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Wenige Minuten entfernt gibt es zudem eine Bushaltestelle und den Bahnhof erreicht man zu Fuss in ca. 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Von Didier, dem Vermieter, wurden wir sehr nett empfangen. Er ist ausgesprochen aufmerksam. Die Kommunikation hat prima funktioniert. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

An excellent location
We really enjoyed & relaxed during our Andalusia trip. Didier's Seville flat is clean, quiet [it's not on the street side] and close to very good cafes. A plus is that a major grocery store is on the same block. The Cathedral and Alcazar were only a 30 minute walk, the Setas a bit less. We felt comfortable, safe and secure during our entire visit. Thanks, Didier, for a wonderful base of operations.

Voor ons ideaal gelegen net buiten het historische centrum. Binnen 15-20 min lopen zijn alle uithoeken van centrum Sevilla bereikbaar. Het appartement is superschoon, grote inloop douche, eigen terras, en heel rustig gelegen ( geen verkeerslawaai, en supermarkt op de hoek, restaurants om de hoek, benzinestation om de hoek met kleine winkel. Net appartement buiten de drukte van het centrum.

We loved this place - very spacious with a modern decor, quiet and spotlessly clean. Our host Didier was most helpful in making arrangements for access to the property and providing advice on the local sights and amenities. Public transit and an excellent grocery store are just a few steps away. Within walking distance of the beautiful historic centre of Seville. Underground parking (at a modest additional cost) was a blessing in an area where on-street parking is in very short supply. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Stay and so much fun!
This apartment was exactly what we were hoping for. Big kitchen, dining room, living room and two bathrooms. A beautiful giant balcony patio with two beautiful window doors perfect for a morning coffee and relaxing. Didier, our host was wonderful and very helpful with getting to know the city and making sure we had everything we needed. This apartment is well located for easy walking into the heart of Sevilla or enjoying the many delicious restaurants right around our corner. Wonderful trip, thank you Didier we will be back!!!

Appartement ligt bij de oude stadsmuur van de wijk Macarena. Naar het historisch centrum is ongeveer 25 minuten lopen, of 6 haltes met de bus. Het appartement voldoet prima, alleen de matrassen van de bedden zijn aan vervanging toe. Grote supermarkt is op een steenworp afstand.

Perfect host, wonderful apartment = perfect stay
The apartment is exactly as shown online. It is elegant, quiet and restful, modern, well-outfitted for all needs, meticulously clean. It is conveniently located on one of the major bus routes and the neighborhood (next to part of the old city wall) is charming and fascinating. The main tourist sites (the magnificent Alcazar, Giralda and Catedral) are quite a walk away, but it was interesting to bridge the centuries by seeing the new and old Seville. The host is wonderfully attentive and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant and successful.

A lovely spacious apartment just outside the city wall
Didier, the owner, met us at his perfect apartment. We came in by train and he even offered to meet us if we preferred to walk to the residence ( we opted for a taxi). The accommodation was quite large and well supplied. There were 2 bathrooms and a large living room/kitchen area as well as a good sized bedroom. Didier was very helpful with both restaurant and “tourist” suggestions. We found the location to be perfect, in a quiet residential area, just across the street from the old city wall.There is a Mas market on the corner which made shopping quite convenient . We loved the apartment and whole heartedly recommend staying there.

Très bon séjour !
Très bonne expérience dans l’appartement de Didier. Spacieux, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire (machine à laver, micro-onde, cafetière, et tout autre ustensile pour la cuisine). La salle de bain était top (grande douche). Le bonheur d’avoir la climatisation en rentrant d’une journée très chaude à Séville. Belle grande terrasse intérieure (il faut le préciser) où nous avons pu prendre notre petit déjeuner chaque jour. L’emplacement de l’appartement est à 20-25 min à pied de l’hypercentre. Proche commerces et restaurants. Nous recommandons cet appartement et Didier est disponible et arrangeant pour l’heure d’arrivée.

This is a fine Apartment, larger than the photographs show it. Spotless clean and comfortable.
Didier met us outside the property entrance which was secure then escorted us along a common corridor to the lift again all very clean and tidy. Once inside the apartment Didier advised how the windows and shutters operated along with a good local restaurant just a few minutes away. The large balcony was a surprise and great for the late afternoon Sun.

Excellent apartment with very helpful owner
The apartment is just outside the old central area of Seville. 20 mins walk to wonderful Alcazar. We, quite accidentally coincided with annual Seville Feria which gave our visit an extra interest. Didier, the owner, was extremely helpful, especially in accommodating our need for parking, but also giving us a lot of advice on things to do and places to go.

Great location, access to most places and on main bus route
Lovely clean. modern apartment. Quiet location but under a minute away from a supermarket and pharmacy and bars. Take a walk behind the apartment and discover some small local bars with flamenco dancing. tapas and wine. all at very reasonable prices. The bus into the old town is just outside and takes 10 minutes running at very regular times. Didier was very accommodating and provided information on the local area including restaurant recommendations etc. He was also flexible on arrival and departure times which we found very helpful. If you want to discover Sevilla and experience the local way of life without paying to be in the centre this is the apartment for you. We would definitely consider coming back again soon.

Very comfortable light filled apt in excellent location.
We (2 persons) stayed for one month in Feb/Mar 2018. It was an excellent choice for a long stay; bright ( top floor), good heating system for cool days, kitchen reasonably well equipped--we prepared many of our meals (an oven would have been useful given our long stay), comfortable bed with lots of closet space, good shower, washing machine with rooftop clothes line. Excellent location in the Macarana, easy walk to fabulous Feria Food Market, Alamedis de Hercules and on to the Centre. Buses close by. Bought our lemons and oranges right off the tree from small garden nursery across the street. Didier responded promptly to our questions and requests.

Praktische Fewo in ruhiger Lage im Macarenaviertel
Die Fewo ist wie im Internetbeschreiben. Die Terrasse mit Blick in den Patio. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nahe sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine Apotheke und einige Restaurants. Wenige Schritte entfernt befindet sich die Bushaltestelle. Hier halten Busse die zur Altstadt fahren (nur wenige Minuten Fahrtzeit), aber in ca. 20-30 Minuten kann man auch zu Fuß zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangen. Didier hat uns freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen und stand uns für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Besonders dankbar waren wir für den Tipp, für das Restaurant in der Calle Medalla Milagrosa ( 3 Minuten zu Fuß).

Great place to stay for a relaxing visit!
Didier is a wonderful host and his apartment is in a great location to visit Sevilla. The neighborhood is quiet, parking on the street was not too difficult and the location is within walking distance of most all of the attractions of Sevilla. The apartment is pretty well equipped and we had no problems. I would stay here again.
