Duplex 2 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta ja oma terassi. Upealla paikalla aivan Alfalfa aukiolla Sevillan 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä katedraalista. Nukkuu 4.

Klassinen sisustuksen on sisustettu tyylikäs ja moderni. Hallitseva valkoinen marmori lattiat, antiikki, seinät meri-vihreä väri ja tapetoida huonetta.

Alakerrassa on olohuone, 2 ikkunat. Kalustettu 2 sohvaa, sohvapöytä ja kirjoituspöytä. Ruokapöytä ja 4 tuolia.

Keittiö, jossa on erillinen sisäänkäynti, on täysin varustettu astiat ja laitteet, joita tarvitaan. Pesukone.

Käytävällä johtaa ensimmäisessä kylpyhuone. Pesuallas, wc, bidee ja kylpyamme. Taustalla saavuimme makuuhuone 1. Kaksi sänkyä ja suuri vaatekaappi.

Yläkerrassa on 2. makuuhuone parivuode, vaatekaappi ja kylpyhuone. Molemmat makuuhuoneet ovat sisustus ja erittäin hiljainen levätä.

Terassi on yksityinen ja on varustettu pöytä, tuoleja, lepotuoleja ja markiisi. Ihanteellinen paikka rentoutua ja nauttia auringosta Sevillassa.

"Celinda" on osa asuinrakennusta. Toinen kerros, ei hissiä.

This was a wonerful place to stay in Seville. The location could not have been better. We loved sitting on the terrace and having dinner or drinks. Everything was clean and well kept and the kitchen was well equipped. Though near a busy square, evenings and nights were quiet and peaceful. The elevator was a plus. Alfalfa Plaza was right around the corner for access to good restaurants and shops. We highly recommend Celinda Terrace to anyone who wants a great place to stay in the heart of Seville's historic districy.

Zuerst: die Lage ist top und das Einchecken problemlos. Leider ist die (eigentlich sehr schöne) Wohnung ziemlich heruntergekommen und macht einen schmuddeligen Eindruck. Hier nur einige Beispiele: So ist die Ablage für die Duschtücher verrostet und wackelt so sehr, dass man nichts drauflegen mag. Die Kühlschranktür ist innen kaputt, man kann also keine Flaschen stehend lagern. Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer ist merkwürdig festgeklebt. Es gab zwar sechs Weingläser, aber leider nur drei nicht zusammen passende Wassergläser…Sehr schade, denn man könnte mit ganz wenig Aufwand und Investition eine Top- Wohnung daraus machen

The location is fantastic. The check in procedure was very good and efficient. The apartment is basic but has most everything you need for a stay.However, the property fell short in a couple of ways. The description should make it clear that the showers are over the bath and requires guests to climb in and out. There is no bath mat ( for safety reasons there really should be) and room to manoeuvre in and out of bath is limited and almost non existent in upstairs bathroom. We had to use towels to prevent slipping and hold on to window handle or towel rack to be stable enough to get in and out ( neither ideal). For anyone with limited mobility it would be impossible. Cleanliness was superficial. We had to buy cleaning materials. The downstairs toilet needed bleach to be clean and the washing machine rubber was covered in black mould and very smelly and needed cleaning before use. The mugs were tea stained and required a scrub. There was only one old used sponge in the kitchen. Most of these issues are easily addressed and it would make a big difference to our rating.

Die Möbel sind veraltet und gebrechlich. Im Sanitärbereich gab es deutlich Schimmelspuren... Es ist lange nicht saniert wurden. Die Betten quietschen und nachts war es zu laut zum Schlafen (Mitte April), da wir wegen extremen Barlärm die Fenster schließen mussten, um überhau zu können

Location, location, location

I stayed at Alfalfa for three weeks, the first week with my family of 4 and thereafter on my own. It is located in the best part of Seville, near Plaza Alfalfa, with several tapas restaurants, 2 bakeries, and basic convenience stores nearby. It is a lovely, bustling, authentic area of town that I grew to love the longer I stayed, as is it is not commercialized or super touristy as many of the other areas closer to the cathedral. That said, it is only about 5 - 20 minute walk in any direction to all of the many beautiful sights of Seville. The beds are comfortable, with nice sheets and the apartment has air conditioning units on each floor. The washing machine was a terrific resource and you dry laundry up on the second floor patio (laundry rack provided). The living room/dining area is a comfortable space for 4, although the furniture is worn as others have suggested (table wobbles so is ok for a bowl of cereal; but not to work; brown couch and writing desk chair seats are sunken). Blue couch is comfortable and where I did all my work. There are lovely tall windows for natural light in the living room and good electrical lighting at night. Bedrooms are private and quiet; bathrooms are nice with tub/shower combo. For people with mobility issues, the stairs to the master bedroom/bath/patio are steep though there is a railing. Also the master bath shower has narrow access/requires some level of agility to safely get in/out. We did not have a problem but just be aware. The patio is lovely and has private curtains you can draw when outside — I loved working there at night. The main street leading to the alley of the apartment has several young bars that are very active at night, but you don't hear them from the bedrooms. I found it safe and secure (there are 3 keys to get in - apartment building front door, elevator, and apartment door). Clean sheets and towels are provided once/week; the apartment manager contacts you in advance to arrange. Our apartment support was wonderful - Damián met us on the street when we arrived (he had to wait a bit as Semana Santa was going on and blocked many streets). Damián is very responsive. We had an issue with the upstairs AC the first night, a couple lightbulbs needed replacement, hairdryer was broken — he replaced everything within 24 hours. The kitchen as well appointed with a half size refrigerator (no freezer). We had a beautiful time and I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Very good location, tired unit.

Location was very nice maybe 8 out of 10, close to a nice square and loads of restaurants and shopping. Two story unit with steep staircase to the main bedroom and rooftop patio. Furniture was very tired looking and very uncomfortable. Could be such a nice place with a few new pieces of furniture. Kitchen was ok but had a small fridge with ice box inside that had so much ice build up that the door wouldn't stay closed. Overall not a bad place for the money but wished it would have been better. Unit was not very clean. Found lots of long dark Spanish hair all around. We did not complain. Also hot water in shower was intermittent and would get cold and then hot again a minute later. Elevator was out for replacement the full two weeks there and loud construction on it the entire time but was not too bad.

Idéal pour découvrir Séville

Joli appartement, bien décoré comme sur les photos. La terrasse est à l'étage du duplex, avec une grande marche pour y accéder. L'appartement est très silencieux, avec une excellente climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Quelques points d'amélioration : l'eau chaude est difficile à obtenir de façon régulière, il n'y a pas de passoire et pas assez de petites cuillères. L'emplacement est idéal dans le centre historique avec la proximité des bars, restaurants et rues commercantes aux alentours.

A Summer stay in Seville

Very nice apartment for 2, at walking distance from Seville’s highlights. You could stay there with 4 but then it’s a bit small to move around. The place is airconditioned which is a must when afternoons hit 40+ degrees.

Great Location & Sleep

We (2 retired couples from Canada) stayed here from February 17-22, 2020. Location and sleep are most important! We had it all. We slept well in quiet and dark bedrooms despite being in the heart of the excellent, historic and exuberant local neighbourhood of Alfalfa. The apartment suited us well and we took advantage of the upper terrace to relax our weary bones. The living room furniture is getting tired and we had difficulty adjusting the hot water flow in the upstairs bathroom. However, the management staff was fabulous with their friendly, patient and helpful support. We have booked a return to this apartment for later in March.

De foto’s in de advertentie zijn erg geflatteerd. Het terras kan wel achterstallig onderhoud gebruiken. Een ligstoel was kapot. De lift was stuk. Problemen met warm water werden uiteindelijk, na 3x bezoek van een medewerker en een loodgieter opgelost. Er was slechts 1 handdoekensetje per persoon, matige kwaliteit van de handdoeken. We verbleven er 6 dagen. De buurt was erg leuk.

L'appartement est très bien situé, la terrasse est très agréable. Toute la ville a pu se visiter à pieds. Il y a un petit supermarché à côté. En ce qui concerne l'appartement, dès notre arrivée, nous avons été privées d'eau chaude malgré des interventions vaines

Great location to everything

We stayed at this apartment for three nights and the location was great, walking distance to most of the top sites. Sevilla was hot while we were there, 44 degrees, and the air conditioning did have a hard time cooling the whole apartment. The bedrooms were fine, but the living room was a little warm. I would suggest a fan which would blow the air in the living room and would help.

Great location

This apartment was just right for our family of four. A few feet away from a plaza with several restaurants and shops. The bedrooms are located in back of apartment so it was quiet for sleeping. I’m walking distance of the Cathedral, Alcázar and Barrio Santa Cruz. Our host met us on arrival and took time to highlight apartment and places of interest. Apartment has two air conditioning units on each floor but the first floor was warm due to heat wave. Do suggest a fan for extreme weather. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location

The location and rooftop terrace are what makes this apartment. Would have given it 5 rating except bathrooms are tired. Rusty bins and unfit clothes horse also let it down. There weren't enough glasses for four of us so we bought more and left them for the next people. Still was fantastic location so recommend it

Overall very good location a couple of things let it down for a 5 star review on the accommodation loose floor tiles on top floor bathroom and on terrace there must of been some breakages by previous occupants refrigerator damage to internal door storage rusty clothes airer we were 4 persons in apartment more glasses required and replace chipped side plate it’s the little things that let it down.

Great location

The Gentleman that checked us in was charming and helpful. He had some great restaurant suggestions! The location was so convenient for everything. Whilst it was a busy area with lots of night life the bedrooms did not suffer from noise. Good visit!!
