The living room features a sofa, coffee table, two armchairs, a TV, and a cozy reading nook with an armchair that leads to a balcony surrounding the entire room, furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy pleasant evenings. Adjacent to this area is a dining table with seating for six. The kitchen, integrated with the living-dining room, is fully equipped.
To the right of the entrance, a hallway leads to three bedrooms and two of the three bathrooms. The bedrooms are spacious and bright, each with two single beds pushed together (0.90 x 2 m), built-in wardrobes, and a TV. Opposite the first two bedrooms are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The third bedroom, at the end of the hall, has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The building is classic and does not have an elevator.
