Location and vibe could not be better- Incredible experience!

This property is a gem. It is located in an absolute fabulous location, with winding little corridors and walkways. We never came back and forth to the apartment the same way twice, making it a maze of discovery. We had the most INCREDIBLE private tour of the Jewish Quarter from a Jewish scholar (highly recommend), where we learned about the incredible history of this location. My teenage son learned more about Spanish history from this one tour - which made walking this neighborhood more magical than ever. History came to life. The Roman columns right next to the front door became our landmark. This apartment became an oasis from our adventures during the HOT Seville days. The owner has lovingly collected artifacts over a lifetime and it felt an honor to be able to stay as a guest in this special and beautiful home. Impeccably clean home. I would recommend this location and this apartment to anyone ready to explore the wonders of Seville.

Charming property in the heart of everything

My daughter and I both love staying here! Carlos has done such a great job of creating a space that feels homey and steeped in history. The place is filled with a carefully curated collection of art and artifacts, and it feels like you are staying in the home of a family that has been owned the property for generations. We also found Carlos to be a responsive and helpful host. The property is really well located, and it is easy to walk wherever you want to go. Having two toilets is a plus, but keep in mind there is only one shower. Also, if you’re sleeping in the front bedroom, you do get more of the noise of people talking while they’re passing by, but the street is not heavily trafficked

Stay in Manor House

The location could not have been more perfect. This property is located on a quiet street with only foot traffic. Its a very old tradtional style home and the history of the place is amazing. Its built to be cool in summer and in February we were able to heat it without trouble. Communication with host was excellent.

Great Location - great stay

The pictures are accurate of the home. It was well maintained, but as the pictures indicate, there was a lot of stuff/knick knacks everywhere. The one item that detracted was that the owner had at least 10 essential oil diffusers of all different scents in the house that overpowered the senses. It was quite unpleasant. Other than that, the house was clean, supplied with toilet paper and paper towels. The location is great. Seville is a very walkable city and it was easy to get to the sites, restaurants and everything else.

Surrounded by history, art charm and comfort

We felt extremely privileged to stay in this beautiful home. What a rare treasure of a place in a unique and colorful neighborhood with intact Roman ruins out the kitchen window.The house is filled to overflowing with amazing art, character and charm reflecting the owners well lived life. Great heating and cooling system, within easy walking distance to so many of Sevilles' excellent sites and quiet for sleeping at night. We would LOVE to stay here again!

Art and furnishings, worth an admission price and very convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. However, communication with the property manger was difficult, not timely, or even polite, and the mattress needs to be replaced ASAP.

This is a very unique house, in a good way. You will find lots of high quality decoration that you won't find in any other place. It's located in the very center of Sevilla, so you can go anywhere walking. At the same time, because of its location, you probably won't get a close parking. I'm our stay there was a confusion about the rooms needed, but communication was fluent and they solved it quickly

An almost perfect stay!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two-month stay in Carlos’ outstanding Andalusian home. Although we had no language in common, we communicated easily when necessary via Google Translate and What’s App, and Carlos and Jose were always helpful. The only things we missed were a bath tub and some outdoor space where we could sit in the fresh air. Saying that though, we look forward to returning next year.

You won’t find a better place! This apartment is gorgeous, clean and well-located on a quiet street that bans cars. The rooms are spacious and lovely. Everything was perfect. One warning: the shower is nice, but has little head space. If you’re tall, you might have to bend over. Still, this apartment is a jewel.

Vacaciones de ensueño

Unas vacaciones de ensueña en una casa preciosa situada en uno de los mejores barrios de Sevilla, muy céntrico y bien comunicado. Tienes todo tipo de establecimientos y monumentos cerca para poder visitar. La casa es muy grande y amplia, una casa antigua sevillana muy bien decorada y muy limpia! Unos salones grandes, dormitorios acogedores, baños limpios con agua caliente al instante y la cocina y la casa entera equipada al completo para que puedas hacer vida. La cocina funciona genial, el frigorífico muy grande y la lavadora y la secadora una maravilla. Si en esos días necesitas lavar y secar tu ropa están a tu completa disponibilidad dentro de la casa! Las camas muy cómodas y las sábanas y toallas olían genial! La entrada a la casa muy sencillo y los dueños muy atentos en todo momento! Repetiremos la próxima vez que volvamos a Sevilla!

Advertised with washer and dryer. Dryer was not working. Owner said he knew but didn’t have time to get it fixed. Refrigerator was clean however severe Oder of fish. Only 2 bath towels for a 4 night stay No instructions on operation of household items No instructions for leaving. What to do with trash or laundry.

Lovely Stay

Walking into this property is a little like wandering into Alice's Wonderland. As is accurately depicted in the photos, Carlos is an avid collector and the home is a visual wonderland with wonderful treasures everywhere you look. Cozy and complete with all necessary amenities, in a wonderful central location where you can easily walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar and explore nearby neighborhoods.

Beautiful place in great location

House was incredible and beautifully decorated. The only issue was that that only the master bedroom is air conditioned- the rest of the house was hot and there were no fans. The bedroom at the front of the house is right on the street (pedestrians only) but sometimes loud voices throughout the night- I did not sleep well in that room.

The property is in a good location. We stayed for ten days we never actually met the owner we communicated via text. All the cupboards and chests except one were locked which meant with lived out of our suitcases that was not acceptable Evan the cupboard in the kitchen was locked so we could not store any dry goods. All the knives were blunt. And the dryer didn’t work. One chair was missing a caster making it uneven to use, and some of the upholstery had no springs, there is no satellite or cable tv as advertised when I text the owner he said I needed to use my login details but I don’t have a Spanish ip address. The air conditioning is in the bedroom only. We had to cleared some of the coffee tabes of locked boxes of bric a brac in order to use them the Dyson stick vacuum was absolutely full of dust which is probably why it didn’t work. It does have an aging Nespresso machine. But no pods I would have thought the owner could have at least provided some as part of a welcome pack but there is no amenities provided no information or leaflets about the area at all. In short the owner is not in the least interested in anything other than collecting rents. On the positive side the linen was clean, an the bathroom an shower were good. In short this is a stay for one or two days max, a good place to explore from an somewhere to drop your bags. I don’t like to write such a negative review but in this case I think it’s deserved

A lovely apartment, well located and with tasteful furnishings. We initially had a few communication issues due to language differences/lack of information at the property but these were resolved on day two. Magical location in the heart of old Seville.

A very charming and richly decorated apartment with easy access to all that Seville is famous for. Carlos was a most gracious & accomodating host and very easy to deal with. We had a busy agenda to achieve whilst there and the location put us right in there and enabled us to get around so easily. Thank you Carlos!

Convenience and character

Very good location in the center of Sevilla, yet on a quiet street free of car traffic. Looking out the kitchen window you see the Roman Columns as your neighbor. The place is well furnished and as the pictures show, adorned with fine things. The host is friendly and helpful, easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. It would be a pleasure to return here.

Wonderful

Right in center of town . Beautiful Spanish history in thus home. Owner greeted us showed us everything and gave us the key. Loved it definitely recommend!!
