Had to pay 5€ extra/day for air condition/ heating. Television didn't work. Couldn't pay with card because manager hadn't bought paper for receipt. In the toilet water pipe was leaking. Good location.

Vanhankaupungin kapeilla kaduilla
Tuossa osassa Sevillaa kaikki hostellit/pensionaatit näyttivät olevan samanlaisia yleisilmeiltään. On muutama ikkunallinen huone kadulle ja muutamat huoneet joissa ei ole ikkunaa ulos lainkaan. Porraskäytävän äänet kulkeutuvat kaikkiin huoneisiin. Huoneet pieniä ja soveltuvat vain nukkumiseen, ei oleskeluihin. Giraldissa oli iloinen henkilökunta ja huoneet siistejä. Mutta mikään oikea hotelli tuo siis ei ole. Sijainti vähän kaukana turistihömpästä mutta rauhallinen ja kävelymatkan päässä kaikki muuen oleellinen.Nurkan takana muutama aamiasbaari ja perusaamiainen kolmella eurolla.

contacting property only to be ignored then arriving to find badly written phone number and no internet coded as promised to gain access. thankfully hotelier across street very helpful and finally got through to access keys. outside door lock worn so key to enter had to fiddle with. access to room up very steep stairs and lobby smell musty due to lack of ventilation. so called private bathroom was a windowless cupboard in the corridor. room approx 2.4m square window did not close fully to prevent mosquitoes entering and noisey air con dripped on my head. bed uncomfortable and spent night appologising to my wife. thankfully only one night would not stay ther again very misleading

El aire acondicionado no funciona y está dando el sol toda la tarde; la habitación y el baño super sucios, y casi no cabe uno en la ducha. El wifi no llega a la tercera planta, nadie nos soluciona nada porque no hay recepción... Llamas al número de contacto y la tal Ana parece que se ríe de uno. Cero recomendable y para que reciba alguna inspección

La limpieza y el estado del inmueble dejan mucho que desear. La habitación está llena de humedad, la ventana no cierra bien y hace frío. La televisión no funciona , el baño es muy pequeño y como no ha parado de llover, el agua se filtra. Hay baldosas rotas. Hoy dejé la llave de la habitación en el mueble de la entrada porque sabía que hacer con ella.

We were asked to register online and the online registration demanded too many personal data (like home address, which is completely unnecessary) and photos of our passports. We never met the staff, except for the cleaning lady which appeared on two of the three days of our stay and only for a couple of hours. We were compelled to communicate with the directors by phone, in order to get the instructions on how to find the keys to the property - and the communication could only be in spanish, not a bit in english ! The room was 2,50 by 3 meters. The window could not shut completely, a fact which we specifically mentioned to the cleaning lady, who said that the technician will fix it (which never happened!). The locks of the room and the bathroom were old and shakey. The mirror of the bathroom was full of rust and old paint and the whole of the bathroom was full of stains and rust. The "walls" between the rooms were so thin that we could hear the whispers of the tenants of the next room. An outside door or window kept banging every now and then, creating a horrible racket. And all this would cost 130 euros per night !!! High price for too bad services!!! Stay away !!!!!

No cleaner to change bed sheets or towels. We had to use the same for 4 days. Our light stopped working after the first night so we had to keep the blind open every time we wanted light and had to use our phone torch at night to get around our room. You could hear street noise from outside, although not too bad it would not be good for light sleepers. Room was really small and the bed covers were old. The room seemed clean however there were stains, cracks and dirty corners of walls. There is a damp smell as you walk through the front door and there is no elevator so you have to walk up narrow stairs to get to your room. There is no receptionist however the owners do reply on whatsapp. The doors have to be slammed in order to shut them otherwise they open again and there was a dirty shower curtain on our shower. The one good thing about this property is the location as it is around a 10 minute walk to the centre.

Im Bad schimmelt es, schrecklicher Gestank. Es stinkt sobald man die Eingangstür öffnet in der ganzen Pension. Schlafzimmer ist okay. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Bad im Zimmer gebucht, jedoch ein Bad im Gang bekommen. Keine Empfehlung!!!!!

DESERVES 0 STARS. I wasn't even able to check in because they were literally impossible to contact in anyway whatsoever, the only reason I didn't sleep outside is thanks to an Expedia agent who found something else for me. AVOID AT ALL COST FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND PEACE OF MIND.

Horrível, ficamos sem estadia por falta de informação. No site dizia que o check-in era das 14h até à meia noite por isso não pensamos na hora de chegada. Isaustos chegamos a pensão às 17h e percebemos que estava fechada e que a nossa reserva tinha sido cancelada. Supostamente a recepção fechava às 14h tentaram cobrar sem autorização e o banco não aceitou, ninguém entrou em contato connosco. Vergonhoso.

The people working there are very friendly and helpful but, unfortunately, they are present for few hours only, in the morning. However, if you need anything when nobody is there you can send a message via whatsapp.

Diese Pensión La Giraldilla gehört mal ordentlich neu renoviert. Extremer Schimmel, Geruch nach Fäkalien und die Reinlichkeit lassen EINEM SCHLECHT werden. Waschküche ist komplett Staub. Weitere Kommentare wären unangebracht ......... NO GO!

An automated hostel (I had no physical interaction with anybody), that will let you be happy in Seville. Just don’t expect room service or daily cleaning. It all went well, except for the hours when the reception phone is not answered (apparently before 2 pm).

Olor a alcantarilla desde el mismo momento de atravesar el umbral. No revisaron la habitación en los cinco días que estuve allí. La calefacción no funcionaba. Cambié las pilas al mando pero no funcionó. No hubo contacto personal

Voy por puntos, porque de verdad que esto es una completa ESTAFA. 1- Las fotos totalmente falsas, cuando llegas allí, el apartamento no tiene nada que ver con lo que es realmente. 2- Se indicaba que teníamos baño privado, pero era fuera de la habitación, lo cual no se decía en el anuncio. 3- Llamamos para pedir información sobre los aparcamientos cerca de la zona, y no nos facilitaron ningún tipo de indicación. 4- La almohada, era algo, que tener eso y nada, era exactamente lo mismo. 5- Al llegar, en el correo se indicaba que debíamos llamar a un contacto, y después de repetidas llamadas, nos informa la propietaria que no estaba allí, y que teníamos que hablar con otro contacto. 6- Por la mañana, las señoras de la limpieza, indicando que la salida era a las 11:30, poniendo en la web que la hora de salida, eran las 12 de la mañana. 7- La puerta de salida a la calle, dando fallos, tuvimos que tirarles las llaves al repartidor para que abriera desde fuera, nos llega a tocar una habitación sin vistas a la calle y no sabemos qué podríamos haber hecho… 8- Lo más importante de todo esto. La limpieza, las toallas sucias, las sábanas, el suelo, todo, todo era notable que se llevaba sin limpiar muchísimo tiempo. En fin, que no paguéis para hospedaros aquí, buscad otras opciones más asequibles, más accesibles y sobre todo, en un sitio que sea realmente ese el que veáis en las fotografías.

En general la habitación muy antigua, el baño está fuera por lo que salir a hacer tus necesidades es algo incómodo. Se nota que hay dejadez en las instalaciones. Si eres un poco escrupuloso no lo recomiendo. Una olor muy mala nada más entrar como a cloaca.

Person, who was responsible to give information how to get the key from accommodation, speaks Spanish and Russian. So, I needed help to communicate with her. You can hear the neighbours and smell their smoke. The facilities needs a huge renovation.
