Uusi huoneisto kaupungintalon vieressä Sevillan historiallisessa keskustassa. Todella lähellä kaikkia historiallisia monumentteja, pääostosalueita ja baareja ja ravintoloita.

Se on 110 neliömetriä. Päämakuuhuone, jossa on queen-size-vuode ja kaksi makuuhuonetta, joista toisessa parivuode ja toisessa vuode. Siinä on kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Siinä on Wi-Fi ja ilmastointi (lämmitys).

This home was perfect for our family of five over the Christmas holiday (2 adults and 3 teens). It was walkable to all the local sites as well as plenty of restaurant and bar options. The host had great communication as well. We loved our stay in Seville!

The apartment is suitable for a stay in Seville. It is certainly rougher than the photos make it appear. Part of that is the scam that is photography, and part of it is European building standards, and incredibly old/historic buildings. The host was was pleasant to deal with, and got us checked in straight away. After check-in he was moderately responsive.Two of our four mornings we were awakened to loud construction. One day was a pipe that was worked on in the neighboring building. The next was the downstairs neighbor doing some sort of furniture refinishing with a sander. The building across the street is being remodeled as well. None of these were the fault of the host, but folks who are looking to stay here should know that this will be going on for the foreseeable future. As Americans, one of the challenging/fun aspects of travelling in Spain are the late meals/late nights. The 9:00-11:00 p.m. meals, sights, and sounds lose their luster when the jackhammering starts at 7:00 a.m.The apartment is a little rough around the edges. It was clean enough, but the shower situation, like much of Europe, takes a little getting used to. There is really only one shower that is usable in the apartment, the other being too small to turn around in without hitting the shower handle. The kitchen was fine. We did lose power a few times, but it was restored quickly. The building felt safe, the location could not be beat.

Located in the heart of Sevilla

Beautiful space

This was our favorite space in all the ones we rented in Spain. Beautiful, great location, liked the way the rooms were situated so there was plenty of space for teens. I might recommend a couple more items in the kitchen, extra pot, cutting board, etc. Very comfortable beds too!

Great stay- Highly recommend

We really loved the apartment. It was exactly as described and well located. We had a bit of trouble communicating with the host through the VRBO app as there was no response to our inquiries as the check in date grew closer. That said he did ultimately respond and was there waiting for us when our taxi arrived. We arrived before the check in time before the apartment had been cleaned but he was kind enough to let us store our bags there while we toured Sevilla. Don’t hesitate to rent this apartment as it was a wonderful base for our stay in Seville!

Great location

My family (45yrs +) of 5 stayed at this location in Jan 2023. The location is great. It is not right in the center of stores and restaurants, but very close to Plaza Nueva. The main bedroom and bedroom is in the opposite side of the large unit. Maybe not the best if you have young children. Our host/property manager was prompt in responding to questions. For check-in the manager meets you at the property. We arrived by train about a15 min car ride away. I stayed in the main bedroom, which faces the street. An issue we had was every night around midnight it gets very noisy, from neighbors or from the family that lives upstairs. Other than that, a very pleasant stay.

Great central location. Lovely character-filled apartment. Lovely bedrooms. Kitchen had everything needed. Great Showers, Beds were incredibly comfortable. Jose was really helpful and good to know he was available if needed but we did not have any problems.

Perfect Location

This property was in the perfect location for our first trip to Sevilla. Jose helped us rent a parking space so we were able to walk to all of our destinations, sights and restaurants. There was plenty of space for my family of 4 plus Grandma. The beds were comfortable after long days of walking! We would absolutely stay here again.

Its a gem

We loved it here! Its a very neat, wrapped around apartment, with everything you need inside. Kitchen had everything you needed, including toaster and kettle. We made tea and coffee every day. The other great thing about this gem is that it is very close to everything in el arenal. I mean everything: a zillion of restaurants and stores, the cathedral and real alcazar nearby. I mean, you cannot beat the location! We will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

Estivimos un fin de semana con cinco amigas. La situación es muy buena, en una calle tranquila. Piso silencioso. La decoración y limpieza del apartamento excelentes. Muy completo de productos de limpieza, baño, cocina, etc. Angela nos dió unas recomendaciones de la ciudad, y estuvo muy atenta con nosotras.
