- Spacious and light-filled living area with a fireplace (winter only), a dining area and two seating areas with large windows offering a unique view of Lake Annecy and the mountains
All enhanced by warm wooden flooring, best enjoyed barefoot.
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, kettle, electric kettle, toaster…
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room and access to a small outdoor area
- Separate toilet

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: King-size bed (180x200), chest of drawers, panoramic view of the lake and mountains, and access to a balcony
- Bedroom 3: Double bed (140x190), desk, chest of drawers, panoramic view of the lake and mountains, and access to a balcony
- Bedroom 4: Pull-out single bed, children’s toys and a small desk area

Transport:
- The regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15 (L.P. Roselieres stop), a 20-minute walk from the house, provide easy access to Annecy town centre (around 30 minutes) and the nearby beaches (20 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport is about a 40-minute drive away. Bus services and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater convenience, we recommend using taxis or private hire services.
- If you choose to come by car, you can park right outside the house.
