Cocoonr offers you the Villa Blanche to rent in Sévrier. A natural and elegant setting for a peaceful holiday, with swimming pool, panoramic terrace and bright living areas. Nestled in a peaceful residential setting and bathed in the light of the surrounding mountains, it promises a rejuvenating and unforgettable stay.

Ideally located just 15 minutes' walk from the shores of Lake Annecy, this 140 m² air-conditioned, timber-frame architect-designed house can accommodate up to 6 guests and combines warm materials, meticulous finishings and fibre-optic Wi-Fi connection.

The Villa Blanche is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- Bright and spacious lounge with armchairs, sofas, connected TV
- Dining area for 6 people
- Open, fully-equipped kitchen (kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, etc.)
All of these living areas have access to the terrace, garden and swimming pool, with mountain views.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with en suite shower room, desk and access to terrace
- Separate WC
- Cloakroom / laundry area

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with desk, terrace access and Tournette (mountain) view
- Bedroom 3: king-size bed (180x200) with access to terrace
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- Unheated swimming pool (open from June to September) which has an alarm but no cover and measures 9 x 4.
- Terrace of approx. 30 m² with dining area for 6 people and outdoor lounge area.
- Garden with gas barbecue
- Private, gated parking with 2 covered parking spaces and a charging point for electric vehicles.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

The villa is ideally located in a quiet area of Sevrier, around 15 minutes' walk from the lake and beach.
- Cycle path along the lake 2 minutes away.
- Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 5 minutes away by car.

Activities :
Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies for a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.

Public transport :
- Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop close to the villa (Sevrier - Riant Port stop), provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 15 minutes) and nearby beaches (15 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house.

- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
