-Guests will have full access to both homes located on the property—Lost Cove Retreat, the larger main home, and Treetop Bungalow, a charming, smaller cabin that’s still spacious and cozy. You'll also enjoy access to the shared outdoor areas, perfect for gathering, relaxing, or taking in the beautiful surroundings.

-Your own transportation is recommended while Uber and Lyfts may be available.



Other Things to Note:

-NO SMOKING: Smoking inside the house will incur a cleaning fee of up to $150.



NO PETS: Unauthorized pets will result in a $150 cleaning fee and possible eviction.



AGE RESTRICTIONS: Minimum age of 18 required for booking.



NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: No large gatherings, parties, or events are allowed.



QUIET HOURS: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Respectful noise levels are required.



FIREARMS & FIREWORKS: Firearms must be locked in your vehicle during your stay. Fireworks are prohibited.



CHILDREN: This home is not childproof. Please supervise children, especially around the stairs, cliffs, and wooded areas.



ROAD CONDITIONS: The road leading to the retreat is gravel and can be steep in some areas—drive cautiously, especially during inclement weather.



OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: Please be aware of potential wildlife in the area. We recommend staying on marked paths when hiking and being cautious near cliffs.
