”Very cute place! The yurt is extremely cozy and Kayce was kind enough to even have the heater on for us for when we checked in since it was an overcast/rainy day. She provided us with snacks and water, there’s also some items there for in case you forgot anything like toothpaste, etc. there’s conveniently a hot plate with a pot/pan, some cooking utensils, and coffee/coffee maker. Beyond my expectations! We absolutely loved it here. ”

”Our family enjoyed staying at Bear Bottoms. The area is lovely, Erin was extremely communicative and quick to respond to our needs and we loved being right on the creek where we could see the salmon after they spawned. We also counted 9 bunnies in the neighborhood. The house had everything we needed. ”

”This little place was so cute and so clean! All the amenities packed into one little place. Only thing was the toilet. It’s basically a glorified bucket. So that doesn’t have running water to it. But it works and is better than an outhouse! That and the squeaky bunkbed was the only issue. All in all a great little place to stay for a few nights and it’s very quiet. ”

”Our family enjoyed this home on the Kenai river. Very clean and well stocked. Roughly an hour drive to Seward and Soldotna and not quite two hours to Anchorage. Communication with the host was good. Michael made sure we had what we needed and made sure we were comfortable with the house. Enjoyed the fire ring by the river! Plenty of room to fish whether wading or off the bank. Highly recommend this home. Hope yo return one day. ”

”Val was such a great responsive host. She also was very flexible with our arrival and departure. The small house is very quiet and worked great for our party of 4. Just a short drive to downtown Seward. Wouid stay there again for sure!”

”Great stay close to Seward!This house is just a short drive to Seward, which made it a perfect home base for exploring the area. It had a lot of great features, but our favorites were the hot tub (amazing after a long hike!) and the beautiful bathroom.We’d read in other reviews that communication could be an issue, but we received our check-in instructions early on the day of arrival and had no problems at all.The only minor downsides were a limited selection of kitchen utensils and occasional...
