”The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. Situated in an older neighborhood, of which Philadelphia has many, house was clean and nicely equipped and appeared to be recently renovated. ”House overall worked well for us. We are healthcare workers and this place was right next to the hospital. We stayed during a snow storm and parked in the hospital garage. The walk over to the hospital was overall easy. The reviews stating that there is a slight weed smell especially on the first floor is accurate but not as bad on the second and 3rd floors.
