”While our stay was otherwise pleasant, it ended with a serious security issue that should never happen at any hotel. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on the morning of checkout, a man used a working key card to open our room door, claiming he had previously stayed there and left his shoes behind. Whether he was given a new key or his old key was never deactivated, neither explanation is acceptable. Thankfully, our dog immediately started barking and charging toward the door, causing him to stop before...

The only issue was we were there for an event and when we came back there was No parking available at hotel we had to park at the Restaurant next store. We were told we would not be towed by the Staff with their guarantee.. which we were not.. But it was a good stay”

”Our stay was not bad. Staff was really helpful and friendly. It was a short, easy drive to restaurants & shopping, but not walkable. The TV, fridge, freezer, microwave and shower-tub are full size. Downsides were no continental breakfast. The blankets were thin, and there were no drapes on the window which made the morning bright. I'd stay here again.”

”The hotel was very clean and staff were very accommodating. Parking was $32 per day extra, and the WiFi was put all weekend which meant that besides internet service there was no TV available.”

”The hotel was really nice and the view superb! I enjoyed the view of the river. However, the hotel is connected to the casino and you can smell the cigarette smoke from the unloading lanes. The rooms however do not smell like cigarettes! You can only smell it from the elevator. I appreciated that valet was complimentary and there was a Continental breakfast! I would give the hotel and stay experience a 8.7 out of 10. I hate the smell of cigars and cigarettes. I wish they would have made that...

”Staff is great; the room is clean and beautiful; parking is easy and the location was convenient to where we wanted to be. The breakfast was below the level of what we would expect from the Priory. We had to choose what we wanted for breakfast the night prior. If you choose yogurt, you don’t know what flavor you’ll get. The coffee was very good but there was no regular milk; just oat milk, half and half and creamers in the plastic containers. I won’t go on but I’ve had much better...

”For the cost of the room the condition was not acceptable. Bedding looked like it was rolled in a ball. The desk chair was stripped of its vinyl. In bathroom dirt build up in corners of floor. The tub/shower mold. I asked for some sort of compensation and the manager shrugged his shoulders. Will NOT be going back!”

”Perfect stay. Great location within walking distance to everything. Directly across from the bus station but very quiet. Property is extremely clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay again if in the area.”
