"This was the perfect place for our family of 5. The apartment was clean and spacious. Each room had a split type AC, the temperature could be adjusted to our liking. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast daily. There was a convenience store around the corner which was open from 7am - 11pm. "Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Heaven Apartments. Nikos är oerhört trevlig och välkomnande oss trots att flyget var ett par timmar sent och vi kom fram mitt i natten. Han hjälpte oss också med tips och förslag på saker att göra på ön. Han är mycket serviceinriktad! Vi bodde i lägenhet 3 (nyrenoverad) och hade balkong med viss havsutsikt. Mycket bra skick på lägenheten och städning varannan/var tredje dag. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade jättebra. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka! "

"Lovely old building, recently renovated right in the heart of the old town. This means transporting luggage a distance from the car but good communication re parking nearby. Inside the property, the duplex we were staying in meant climbing quite a lot of stairs with suitcases, although they did offer to help. "Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a suite and it was excellent. the front desk staff were super accommodating and always seemed to be working, no matter the hours. The rooms are spacious and super clean. We rented a car and there was underground parking. We love walking and could easily walk to the old town ( about 20 minutes) and eat and shop. However, there was also an amazing bakery about one block ( around the corner)from our hotel where we picked up breakfast and sandwiches for the day....

"The owner is amazing. My phone had died so I didn't directions to get to the hotel. I found a shop owner that called her and she walked 10 minutes to where I was and walked me back. Each room is individualize and mine had a private entrance. There were lots of personal touches that made the place feel special. I can't recommend this hotel more. If I am ever back in Chania I will stay here again."

"A very convenient location to get to the Chania airport for about 15 to 18 euros. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Be aware that rooms on the upper floors require walking up a marble winding staircase (no elevator). The friendly helpful staff are willing to help with your luggage if you ask. Overall a great place for an overnight."
