”I booked a family room and said it would be 150 sq. feet. I did not think it was true as it said. The double beds were so small, and two people in this double bed, and not even enough space to turn to the side without waking up the roommate. There were ants and bugs in the room. We felt itchy, and scratching even after shower. There were trash /food delivery bags after eating, on the corridor more than 48 hours, and no one bother to take them away. Towels with dirt stains and refused to exchange...
