”We had an absolutely flawless stay. The hotel looks very new and is in a very nice part of the city. Our suite was super spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The onsite restaurants were nice and convenient too. The red level inclusions were totally worth it, particularly because the staff at the red level lounge was extremely helpful and took very good care of us - special mentions to Berry, July, and Polina.”

”The location was ideal for shopping and access to coffee shops, etc. The room was clean and with a convenient sink outside the bathroom. Two bedrooms made it easy to manage our party of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). We usually pack light in order to be able to wash clothes at least once, however, the "washing/drying" machine was not easy to use and didn't quite do what it was supposed to. We ended up hand washing our clothes and letting it air dry. Iron wasn't working, staff was very attentive and...

”It a nice place to stay, room was new and neat. Only downside was it did not smell that fresh, 2 room plug in scent machines in the room suggested this maybe an issue . Location requires a taxi to the city centre. Nice hotel thou no major issues”

”Communication with the hotel is an issue. Before the trip, I texted the hotel twice. But without a response. I asked Expedia to contact the hotel. It ended up going nowhere since the person answered the phone had difficulty in another language. It is a little surprise for a major international chain.”
